Given we always have a problem with 3-4 late responders on stat gains (and generally year-to-year similar suspects!), maybe suggest in future that when sent out there is a response deadline set in the PM, otherwise MGUCI makes default decision? Not suggesting a few days or such - of course people can be on holiday, or particularly busy. It has been almost a month now though (!) - 3 weeks would seem a sensible starting point.
I have taken a look at a few of the danish riders in the DB, that I think needs some altering. I won't give the stats in the DB as I'm not sure everyone have gotten to look at them yet, and I'm unsure as to how new stats are...
So here goes:
Michael Carbel Svendgaard (Remove Svendgaard) is one of the biggest danish sprinting talents. He struggles a bit with motivation here and there, but once he is in form he is a really good rider/talent.
He showed his talent for the first time in 2013 where he won the Danish NC for juniors. During the junior races he beat riders like Fabio Jakobsen, Enzo Wouters and Bas van der Kooij. He also did reasonably well in timetrials beating the likes of Tao Geogheghan Hart
In 2014 he won his first 2.1 race in a sprint ahead of riders like Dan McLay, Johim Ariesen and Jonas Aaen. He survived some rather difficult races too, where he was competing against Magnus Cort, Thomas Boudat, Søren Kragh Andersen, Simon Pellaud and Gregor Mühlberger. In a 2.2 race he barely lost to Romain Feillu, but beat the likes of Barbier, Aberasturi, Sarreau and Hoelgaard. He also become 2nd in a decimated sprint in the Danish NC RR for elite. Only Michael Valgreen ahead of the group beat him. In the sprint he comfortably beat Mørkøv, Guldhammer, Kamp and Breschel amongst others. He consistently performed OK in TTs aswell.
In 2015 he finished 3rd in Dwaars Door Drenthe behind Belletti but ahead of the likes of Theuns, Thwaites, Kamp and van der Lijke. At Bayern Rundfahrt he proved he can fight against high level sprinters too, finishing 5th on the final stage which was won by Degenkolb. Carbel beat Bouhanni, Navardauskas, Janse van Rensburg and Williwohl in the sprint. He later went on to finish 20th in Rund um Köln.
In 2016 he finished 8th in the U23 version of Gent-Wevelgem beating riders like Halvorssen, Bauhaus, and Schachmann. Later he finished 9th in the Van Petegem 1.HC classic, which was contested by Gaviria, Richeze, Cort etc. He beat Haller, Smith, Page, Kreder, Gerts among others.
In 2017 he was 15th in the U23 Ronde van Vlaanderen getting 2nd in the bunch sprint behind Fabio Jakobsen. He won the U23 national RR ahead of fast riders like Stokbro and Casper Pedersen. The highlight of the season came when he managed 3rd in the U23 world championships. He won the sprint that came halting just 3 seconds behind Cosnefroy and Kämna.
Last season he got to try some of the biggest races, but had a bad season. This season slightly better because of Fleche du Sud.
Should I name his stats I would look at other danish sprinters, like Thomas Vedel Kvist and Sebastian Lander. He is faster than both, but similar endurant hard working type. High flat stat, good punchy and decent cobbler.
Something like:
76-77 FL
68-70 HI
66-67 TT
75-77 STA
71-74 COB
78-79 SPR
77-78 ACC
71-74 PRL
Could be added at something like level 3, to ensure he will get developped in a proper direction. But could potentially be trained the cobbler way, and get something like 76COB. IMO he is better than Casper Pedersen. Atleast a bigger talent. Casper Pedersen however should also have a decent cobble stat.

Mathias Norsgaard Jorgensen (Drop Jorgensen), is obviously a great TT talent, shown several times, but I think he is heavily underrated for his versatility.
Earlier today he won stage 1 of Tour de l'Avenir from a machine-like attack putting in almost a minute on the pack.
Last season he did well in races like Himmerland Rundt, and the year before that the young version of Rund um die Finanzplatz aswell as the U23 NC RR.
His TT stats should be among the top level riders. He was 3rd in the U23 worlds last season beating a rider like Affini who did very well at the elite euro. But he really also excels at TTTs
He is a powerhouse, so I would give him stats like this:
77 FL
67-68 HI
78-79 TT
77-78 RES
75 FIG
74 ACC
71 DH
76 PRL

Magnus Klaris (Should be called Magnus Bak Klaris) started his career out as a decent timetriallist, beating the likes of Ganna, Padun and Schlegel. But he pretty quickly found a way to survive the cobbles aswell. In 2014 he won the Juniors Paris-Roubaix ahead of Casper Pedersen (See, better in cobbles to him too!) and Madouas. He also climbed very well to win the Course de la Paix for juniors ahead of riders like Barta, Kämna, Foss, Gregaard, Padun and Crax. He also won Gent - Menen and a stage in Switzerland. And then went on to become 5th in the junior worlds.
Last season he finished 16th in Post Danmark Rundt, finished 2nd on a Tour de l'Avenir stage and was part of the Danish team winning the TTT there too. This season he was 14th at Cholet - Pays de la Loire.
I would make him a decent allround rider with a good engine and a decent kick, although not sprinter.

Andreas Stokbro I would urge you to take out of the DB. I see him as one of the biggest talents in Denmark but it is yet to be seen exactly where he will excel. He is fast, and good at cobbles. He won the U23 Ronde earlier and finished 13th in the elite Tro-Bro Leon, while also 18th in Drenthe. I believe we will see his breakthrough next season and I think he's too big of a talent to waste on random stats.
-----
Emil Vinjebo needs to be upgraded severely. He is likely to be taken with the danish team to the worlds soon. He is a perfect domestique in classics. Much like Kasper Asgreen although not as strong. And not nearly as strong in TT's.
-----
Nicolai Brøchner is a classic sprinter. Not as fast as the others mentioned.
I would give him something like 73FL, 55MO, 65HI, 69COB, 77SPR, 78ACC

Andreas Kron is a big talent. He finished 5th in this years Tour of Belgium which was won by Remco Evenepoel. He did so by tearing the race appart with Remco and Campenaerts, so he has a big big engine. Last season also 4th af Fleche du Sud. He is a rider that can survive what you throw at him, but he needs to use his engine to win races.
To be fair regarding Kron, if I remember correctly he simply held on the longest from the early break in Belgium, he didn't follow Evenepoel from the peloton.
Kron won`t be added anyway this season as he is 1998 and is waiting for another year.
On some of the others, they are still placeholders in the renewals DB but are worked on.
Regarding some that already were worked on, the RL results are often just a trend how to get them into the MG but for some countries there are some other still young riders, who fill that gap already without having such RL results. So to not overpower the Nation, some riders are stronger than in RL and so others are weaker versions. e.g. Bardet vs Sicard in France, Olivier/Goos vs Mollema in Netherlands and so on.
I was just browsing through the DB and noticed that we don't have many good Ethiopians in the db. I think it would be cool to have a signable one as some other countries like CAF do

Theres barely any info on Henok Tesfaye other than him being a former runner who apparently quit running in 2010. Born in the mountains of Ethiopia, he can survive high altitudes better than most and he has a high power and speed resistance (flat/res stats) from his running days.
With the increase in the amount of teams focussing on Switzerland this year I've got 3 extra suggestions to try and add a little more depth
Oliver Behringer, SWI, 20/03/1996
Oliver Behringer has been riding with Team Novo Nordisk this season, having previously been a stagiare with them late last season and spending 2017 and 1028 in their development team.
It looks like he has mainly been a domestique, not getting a chance to ride for himself, with his best results mainly coming in flat stages, I suggest adding him as a potential Fighter/ High Flat rider.
Lorenzo Delco, SWI, 20/03/1995
Lorenzo has best result’s coming on hills, for instance a 21st place at the GP di Lugano or 9th at Freccia Dei Vini or 18th at Giro Del Medio Brenta, all in 2018.
I’m only suggesting him to add depth, and with Nino Schurter taking his first year of decline this off season I see him as a potential name to come in as a replacement of similar value.
Somehow we managed to miss adding him to the MGDB before now, his best result comes from the Tour Du Jura in 2017, so that might have something to do with it.
As a 27 Year Old I would suggest adding him as already maxed so he can be a nice addition straight away, especially as most of the good Swiss riders are already contracted somewhere so there won’t be many maxed Swiss free agents for the new Swiss CT team to look at, especially as currently the best ones have a 73 in their main stat so are not even top domestique level at CT anymore, more low level domestique’s.
IRL he has been dominating the Swiss NE scene for the past few years but doesn’t really have any results outside of Switzerland.
I've given maxed stats in the Table, but left the XP value at what I'd have them start on. I chose 3.50 instead of 3.00 so he Delco reach level 4 in any division.
