great result, can't wait to see how Di Luca does in the ardennes, his form is looking good. And for the Vuelta, how about Beltran. |

Nope, its not his main goal.

Giro d'Italia is a big goal of the season and Pellizotti will be leader there. Di Luca would be the best choice, but I'm afraid that he wouldn't be able to keep his form all the way after classics... Finally in Tour de France we will, as mentioned, have Di Luca for the yellow jersey, Nibali for the white, Di Luca also for the polka dot and Chicchi and Pozzato will try there best for the green one.

How did Pozzato take 2nd
pozzato is a very good cobblestone rider so when he keeps up with flecha and hincapie he can easily outsprint them |

@Smoothie, Di Luca for the tour as mentioned earlier, I'm looking forward to see what he can doB)
Pozzato is now leader in the pro tur at 94 points, doubt he will keep it though. Boonen has 70 at the moment.
@Crommy, Pozzato surprised me a little bit, but he was the best hilly rider of them and therefore managed to recuparate on the hills against the others. Then in the sprint is was quite easy, Hincapie could challenge at first, but he got a red moment abut 400 meter from the finish.
@stemple, Beltran for the vuelta is a good thought, I had mainly considered him a helper for the Tour, but I think I'm going to change it a bit there, thanks.
Di Luca is so far only in averege form( 64 points ) so he should be at top form at L-B-L I think, so he should do good in the Ardennes. A personal goal of me is for him to win at least 2 of them. Hopefully he can take all 3, but that will take a lot. |

Hill stats means a lot in RvV
Okay, I have played pais vasco and Gent-Wevelgem, report will come later today. The thing I ment to write was that I have bought a new RAM memory with 1024MB that will probably arrive tomorrow, so I'm going to be able to get some better pictures after that |

Gent-Wevelgem

The peleton is split into 3 groups, the Liquigas rider is caught in the wrong ones
Boonen is destroying everyone on the climbs, will he take his 2nd win?
Boonen is solo yet again, the chasers are called Klier and Hoste
But Boonen is way to strong again, the gap just keeps growing
He wins, Boonen takes his 2nd big win in a few days!
Hoste manages to take 2nd place, in a very weird Gent-Wevelgem with big gaps

Paris-Roubaix
Liquigas has winning this race as a season goal, and considering our riders isn't good enough we have to be on the attack. Therefore we decided to try and break the peleton with 140km left, almost succeeded
With 80 km left there is still 28 riders fighting for the win, including Pozzato and Bäckstedt
A while later and it's down to 15......Bäckstedt is the last Liquigas rider and is already having problems. This can't end well
Boonen solo again, nothing can stop him it seems. Bäckstedt is still hanging on in the group behind
Boonen only have a few km left before he will have his 3rd race win in a week
Of course he stays away, even if the chasers get closer
Bäckstedt falls behind a little bit, not even a top 10 day for us. A complete failure

Nice win with Di Luca, shame about Paris - Roubaix, but its a harsh season goal.
Boonen was unstoppable though, taking 3 is immense
