The patch should fix this problem right? But when will it arrive?
thats the main question. and like we all now , this could take some time
About the patch, if i install a lot of things before the patch, will it then be overwritten by the patch, so i'll have to reinstall it?

I found this on the benelux forum:
first column is training level, then minimal fitness at that level, max fitness at that level, and fatigue per day you're getting
1 48 56 0
2 56 64 0
3 64 68 1
4 68 72 3
5 72 76 5
6 76 80 10
Just out of curiosity... does the game have a "helper" plan that just hangs out at lvl 2 and 3 all season long? How long can you stay at lvl 3 before you can't stay at 68 fitness form any longer? Can you make it the entire season?
I did this as a personal program for one of my leaders at the second season. After April he had only 3 levels and now i'm at the Tour and he still has a low fatigue rate also when he already have 30 races or something like that. SO that really works yes....Now at the tour he has 86....

Well, I wouldn't do it for a leader.
But for a "water carrier/protector" type, it seems like it would be useful. He'd be able to keep his form above 80 for the majority of the season and you wouldn't really have to plan his schedule (just throw him in whenever you need him). He'd still be effective enough as a teammate, useful in pulling back breaks, fit enough to send on a break to get mountain points... and always available.
I don't know how good an idea it is... it's just something I did with helpers in '07 (kept them around 65 training form all year long).
