Hi Guys how do i stop lotto jumbo leaving with the fast editior?, i should have done it before the season ended but ive done all my schedule now and do not want have to go back to the weekley save, many thanks. |

Can you change something in the database so that all the good climbs in ex. Tour de France, go after stage wins or do well in GC.
In my game, Landa is in super shape but runs poorly and is over 20 mins after two mountain stages.
Is it because I play easily in difficulty, or can you change something in the database so he will go after the win.

The AI sometimes does strange things, not sure there is any fix. Playing on harder difficulty gives riders not on your team a stat increase. This might make them more competitive but if the AI isn't using them like a team leader it won't make a difference.
Generally, I think most players would say play on extreme or hard, it makes for a more interesting challenge.
Also if you are simulating that gives stranger results than if you are playing the stage, in my experience. |

Not sure this is the right thread but I need some help adding a custom team jersey to the game. I've barely touched the pcm editor so I have no experiencing with modding/editing the game in any way. Is it a highly complicated process? I'm using the RSM/PCMDaily 2019 database, Update 2, and would really like to add a custom team from Africa (which is sorely missing among the custom teams you can choose from). I have found a jersey, 1200x826, and even converted it into a minimaillot.dds-file (although I'm not sure it works - any way to check? Win 10 won't open dds-files...)
TL;DR - how can I add an African custom team that can be chosen when I choose to start a career with a team from the Custom menu (not World Tour, ProContinental or Continental)?

@ollie: Should be simple enough to get going, I don't have PCM 18, only 17, but probably nothing changed.
I think you can add more teams/sponsors, but I always just edited a (fake) team already in the database. Find a working editor, open up the database and start with the table DYN_sponsor. Pick a fake sponsor, keep the id, change name, three letter abbreviation, region/country and fame, give it a nice long value_i_year_max. Next head to DYN_sponsor_regions. Your new team name should already show up, check fkIDsponsor. Regions are self-explanatory, then there a two more columns. Importance can be between 1 and 3, value_i_wanted squad anything between 5 and 100. The latter is a percentage - the sponsor wants that % of the squad to be from that country. The former I'm not quite sure about, possibly importance of reputation of the best rider from that region.
For the jersey, create a new folder under game directory/3D/Cyclists/Cloth/Team. Can be three letters or 4 numbers or more, my Aviva jersey sits in a folder aviva. Enter that folder name in jersey_sz_abbreviation in DYN_sponsor. The jersey in the folder has to start with the same name/letter/numbers. For my Aviva team, I have a folder there called aviva and inside sits a jersey, aviva_maillot.png. The only other required images are name_transfert_ar/av.png. Check any existing teams/folders to see how those should look. The minimaillot needs to go in game directory/Gui/team_shirt.
I think that should be it. If you get a game going and find you are still missing something you can always edit the save game/db later.

Hi there. I'm playing a career now in my 4th season and want to race the Worlds with Jungels, so I changed the national team in my GAM_user to Luxembourg and because Jungels refused to participate also changed is code to 5 so now I can select my 3 riders before racing the worlds, but when the race is loaded Luxembourg is not participating and I can't control any rider. How can I fix this?
