Not champions jerseys added to it yet, but transferts and the original maillot, etc.

Team Columbia stuff. Extract it to C:/Program Files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2008/CM_Textures/cycliste/team/thr
Then delete the Cache folder in AppData. Find it by typing %appdata% into Run... then go into the PCM08 folder and delete the contents of the Cache folder.
These will overwrite the High Road stuff so either make a backup, or just ask me if you want the originals back, I have some copies

I'm sure it's because you didn't empty the Cache folder. If you did and it still doesn't work then I'll re-save the files. I downloaded them as they are now, I expected them to be 32-bit already, if they aren't then I won't be best pleased

Can you please just answer my question and then I will know whether to re-upload the stuff for you in 32-bit.
After extracting did you:

yes but I didn't use your columbia maillot, I used the one from PCM Benelux. Trying to convert it to 32bit tga but I can't find any way to do it since my photoshop install is not working.. |

I didn't make the Columbia shirt, a guy from PCMBenelux made it, it's the exact same jersey except in my pack all you have to do is extract the files into the folder I mentioned and delete the Cache and it will work
