As long as you don't have any virusses now, and you don't open up any spyware websites, you can close down Symantec (Norton) Anti Virus. The game won't work unless you do that. |

And it still doesn't work? Are you sure it's completely shut down? Norton can be quite difficult to shut down completely. |

1. Did you change anything manually inside the gamefolder (alter folders, moving stuff, et cetera)?
2. Did you install any mods, databases or patches?
3. Did you change your video-settings prior to the game startup?
4. What are your PC specifications (Memory, Graphics, et cetera) |

When I choose single player then stage or stage race then when I choose real, custom or random the game crashes. this all started when I used hannes editor, I tried editing and editing and it kept crashing. I kept on reinstalling the game over and over but finally gave up. Then I reinstalled it again, and just said, ill put up with the wacky names, but it did the same thing even with everything reinstalled and no edits. So Ive tried eliminating everything to do with pcm even the folder in documents, also disk clean ups, defragmenting my hard drive etc. and reinstalling and it still does the same thing. with or without patch.
is it vista? somebody help me! |

Are you sure you have deleted everything which has something to do with PCM? Uninstall the game. Then go to "Start", choose "Run" and type %appdata% . Inside that folder, there's a PCM-folder. Delete it. Next, go to My Documents and delete the PCM-folder there. Lastly, check your Program Files. If there is a Cyanide-folder, delete it.
Now, install PCM again |

This sounds like a broken save game issue. Delete the contents of this folder: My Documents/Pro Cycling Manager 2007/Database/Solo.

i've just downloaded the game and when i try to install it it says source file corrupted, i've checked the file names are ok, does this mean i'll have to download it again  |

I download the two files. But when I try to install it tells me it can't find the second file and that I need a disk. I tried all the walkthroughs on bin files but I still can't get it to work. I am a big cycling fan, just computer stupid. I even raced against Lance once in his pre Oylimpic days. Can someone start at the beginning and help me! I just wasted $40 dollars. |

i think you have a folder which includes two setup files try to copy it into the C:\ disk then try it again it will work

Hey! I've got a problem with Euskalpcm 08 database
I play my first season with EuskalPcm and i really don't want to restart whole game from the very beginning of the season. I got to 30th June and when i tried to simulate Czech republic championship my game crashed. So i checked "cm stages" folder and i found out that there is no "chpts_czech republic" file there and i don't know what to do. Do you have that file so that you can send it to me or is there any other possiblity to solve this problem ?? Please, help me
I tried to copy some other file like "chpts_colombia" and changed its name for "chpts_czech_republic" but the game still crashes. I don't know maybe i should named this file differently, for example "chpts_czech republic" or "chpts_czechrepubilc" what do you think ??
Sorry for mistakes, i'm from poland
