Now see guys, if they just get a license to use CryEngine2, they have already brigded the gap between them and Cyanide IMO.

Going off those pictures. Everything seems okay in the model. But the helmet looks stupid. |

I can't really judge on the pictures. I'd like to see the "background" too |

It looks good, people will have to buy the game even if they think it might not be good otherwise they wont have the funding for another game, as others have said it could be a complete, failure, but any competition is good competition.

Yes, indeed.
But I actually like the design ingame a little better, than Cyanides. It is more curvy
The ingame editor sounds cool too.

So basically they've just copied Cyanide's in-race layout and made it more curvy
I won't buy the 1st one, same reason as I probably won't buy PCM08, because I can't be bothered playing a cycling game at the minute and haven't for months. In fact there is no trace of PCM left on my computer anymore.
If the editor is good, I may get interested. The features look fairly good though. Also the scenery looks nice and the cities are a definate improvement on the Cyanide ones. But why the riders are glowing is beyond me.

Remember, the screenshots are from the beta. The glowing riders may be a unsolved problem

Nope, not yet. But I'm waiting for a very interesting mail from Crimson Cow at the moment. That's all I can say.

The 3d graphik appeals to me very well, ecxepting the magic "glowing cyclist", but as
mentioned, it's only a beta version. Hopefully the "built-in editor" will allow to edit all
neccesary things in order to built a decent db! |

1:1 Scale, along with an integrated Stage Editor and DB Editor could make it very good |
