Team GB breaks the world record for the team pursuit. Well done!
And now, hopefully, back to events that I don't find useless (You can call it "pursuit", or whatever the heck you want. it's a time trial to me), which are basically just the Individual Sprint and the Keirin.
EDIT: oh yes, and I love the omnium

There was no way that could have happened without some sort of cheating!
Great ride. You cant beat a new world record really.

So how'd it go for you Danes?
So how'd it go for you Dutchies?
GB ownageB)
All the Brits performed great, well except Wendy Houvenhegal (however you spell that stupid name) she was just tired.
The Danes were obviously just tired from the heats, Theo Bos is crap, whoever Shanaze and Pendleton were racing had no chance anyway and Romero is something else. She only started cycling 2 years ago and she beat that woman by 6.5 seconds in the pursuit. Just incredible.

they had a little story on the america's ABC World news tonight about Phinney, and the track world championships. Not much outside of phinney though. But it was interesting to see something on one of, if not the biggest american news shows, about phinney and the track world championships.

Hopefully this time Rasmussen won't have the same awkward situation as last time he rode at the Tour of Britain where people kept asking him about the polka dot jersey he won at the Tour.
Here's the kicker: The people asking were the organizers ops:
