where you have only a nice patern with Above FIFA Database.
we want to have the Text above the Menu panels of career.
so look at other backgrounds to see were to place it.

isn't a background like that pretty useless for PCM14 as the menus screens are in the way most of the time.

Ok, The discussion about the formula for the stats, and altering has been talked with all the leaders together.
Jandal7 Suggested to alter the FIFA stats first, then converting it with the database
Jesleyh Has made the Nice suggestion for the Converting Formula.
Cycleman123 Suggested to make the stats on his own without the formula.
However, we can't make all of them happy together.
so we chose that we are going to alter something. but not the FIFA stats.
First you convert the stats into the PCM form to make them right.
and then if seeing the example about bolly we alter it with the stats
like adding +1 to bolly's sprint or -1 to others.
the best option to do is to +1 Bolly because otherwise you need to -1 much.
Formula: 52 + (F - 20) / 2.5 = P
Where F = FIFA and P = PCM |

well if you make the same like that yes. so actually a better idea.
if someone could make a background where you still can see the words:
FIFA Database above all the Menu Panels in career,
with a nice Pattern on the background that looks nicer than just black like default |

I'm Currently busy with making some kits. i'm now busy with psv.
but after that im going back to my own database to make that a full one.
for people who want that. then if that's done. waiting on the other projectleaders to start this database and make one of the best in this forum. |

it will be in the formula.
besides making someone 93 or 94 speed at fifa 14,
wont make a difference with the converting. so only pcm altering will
be one of the best choises.
cyclemans idea, is an good idea for players who are overrated or just low-rated.
for example the speed of John terry must be altered.
so still cycleman's idea is almost the same as the formula and altering |

Why are Club Bruges and RSC Anderlecht in third division and PSV and Olympiacos in second? Bruges and Anderlecht showed that they were better this season. For example in the Europa League and Champions League. Anderlecht beats Galatasaray who is also in the second division and plays draws to Dortmund, Arsenal and Galatasaray |

Hmm.
Adjusting is a good idea, should do that yes because you will get an odd matrix most definitely. That's not awful, as long as it's somewhat playable.
I don't fully agree with the Fifa -> PCM stats.
For instance, agression could be FTR. Not really a fan of seperate stats per position. Also climbing should be one important stat because it is in PCM. Maybe the passing stat all together? (AVG of Short Passing, Long Passing & Curve, if I'm not forgetting one?)
Also, GKs are a class of their own so they should maybe resemble TTists(Diving, Reflexes and Kicking TT and Speed, Positioning and Handling PRL for example?)
Although Speed is generally lower for keepers so should be taken into account(plus stuff like HI should matter, maybe Speed could be sprint and Kicking HI or smth).
I could help out with formulas when you are certain about all these things, but essentially it's all about playing with numbers and shouldn't be too hard.
Might sound all complicated, but once you get the formulas it's basically just inserting the stat in Excel and the PCMstat rolls out.

Dunno. One match doesn't say a lot(I could demand Feyenoord in WT for beating Sevilla in the group otherwise). PSV got a great squad atm and just doesn't care about EL. Olympiakos could be argued but is also a very good team with also, I believe, a nice history.

You have reason if you say that PSV has a good team this year but I don't think that they are a lot better then Bruges or Anderlecht. Both teams played well in the European and national competitions and has also player in the Europa League or Champion League XI of the week. Olympiacos isn't that good anymore like in the past so I think that they can go to the third division. They can be replaced by Bruges or Anderlecht. Ajax is also a bit overrated with a place in the first division. I think that they are better placed in the second division (that still is very good) Wolfsburg deserve better then the second division if you look at this season. Ajax played good in the Europa League but aren't three classes better then Bruges, Anderlecht or Bordeaux I think. But in general the clubs are very good divided. |

Maybe there should be a Belgian PCT team. Instead of Sporting CP I'd say then, but very argueable.
Although what should not be forgotten is that a few of the teams on the lists are not in Fifa. That are only a couple, only River Plate and a couple of CT teams(mainly the champs of the obscure countries).
It will be some more time-consuming to stat those teams, so might want to replace them for now and maybe add them manually if there's time left. So for now Anderlecht could join PCT instead of River Plate I guess, but it's all up to you guys.

they aren't in the fifa db so i will remove some.
