Williams F1
As McLaren did not sign a single driver from GB, Williams, the other british team, does. Ok. Maybe not two british drivers, but 1.5, because they sign TheManxMissile and valverde321. Both drivers are quite young talents, so it could be a good couple. Even if one of them is from Canada.
Williams had some bad years in the 21th century, letting alone, that Maldonado drove for them. They want to come back to their old strength, which they had during 1995-1997. But are those drivers and the car capable of achiveing big things? We asked the most famous person at Williams and he gave us an gigantic answer:

The next team was no big surprise, as it was the team, where almost nobody wanted a seat. The Team I'm talking about is...
Lotus F1
Lotus signs two german drivers with Paul23 and stahli. Those two had a bright(or not so bright) past. They've raced side by side in different leagues. They firstly teamed up as the "Blue Ferraris" in 2013,
where they had several "wild" appereances.(example below(around 1:43:50),
and where it came down to the final showdown between these two guys.
One year later, in 2014, they started again as a team. But this time, the "Blue Ferraris" had formed to "Red Bull Racing" where they hit the mark with the biggest flop in history. At the start of the warm in lap, Paul made a mistake, and turned off his motor. He could start out of the pits. One lap later, his teammate made the same error and was outt, before the race had even started. Paul then continued the rest of the season alone and made an incredible win in austin(once again, out of the pits). One of his overtakes was even rewared as the best overtake of the race.
Now, one year later, Paul signed a deal with Lotus F1 and dragged his former teammate stahli on board with him. Nobody knows how it will work out, but there are some major tensions between those two drivers.
Put the rFactor folder in your "rFactor folder" and let it replace the files. The tire grip was increase by 17-20% and the grip of the asphalt by around 3-5%. I hope you like it.
