Why exactly? The copyright law in youtube is already stupid enough.
Eurosport needs to buy the rights to air it for a lot of money, while CyclingHub needs to pays absolutly nothing to post Eurosports videos while even making money themself. (at least Failured said that during the time of the original cyclinghub, not sure if it changed though)

Yeah, ASO are pretty strict with protecting their assets, to some pretty ridiculously levels at times for people who like things like OGE's Backstage Pass.

Yeah, and he showed once again that he is a better classics-rider than a 3 week TdF-rider
