Really nice gains for Kelderman and Demare. Both look capable of some real results next year.[\quote]
Yeah, Kelderman never even really got into the Top 10 consistently this season, next year we definitely need him to challenge for the podium more often than not to go for the top.
As for Demare, his race planning will be a very interesting and potentially very decisive factor this off-season.
I have three top 77SP leadouts for Ciolek already (all with better FL and still above-average HIL too), so I don't really see any point in wasting any of his race days to ride alongside Ciolek, except for the occasional goal race maybe.[\quote]
That 79sp-79acc-74hill combo could be deadly for classics races with a nice kick right before the line. You'd probably be wasting him a bit as a leadout rider, he seems better suited to taking his own chance on non-flat sprints.
Also, why did my quote button disappear? Should that be that way?

The thing is, with Nerz/Kelderman/Ciolek as outright leaders and top PCT riders in their category, I can hardly fit in many classics in the calendar that are especially suited to Demare, and a double leader combination with Kelderman to be safe would probably fail thanks to PCM AI...we'll see.
In theory, Demare is just a slightly weaker Van Stayen......
And no, your quote button shouldn't just disappear.

PCM 14 actually seems to handle two leaders better than previous versions. Allthough, should your post be of the "we may have to sell him" nature, I may be mistaken.

If there is one rider on my team that I will never sell, it's Demare.
And yes I say that while being fully aware of having Herklotz

Okay, so it's Kelderman who'll have to make way. Unsurprising really when there's someone who'll pay figures in the lower billions for him.
We see a couple of useful stat gains for Kogstad Ringheim. *hint *hint *hint
But yeah, as said on PM almost a year ago, a really nice team in the making here. Will be interesting to see who you may allow to leave when transfers come.

I see a couple of useful names possibly leaving Aker. *hint *hint *hint
(enough of that before SN gets angry)
28 riders is indeed 8 too much the way I like to plan a team, but I just recently found out that my average average next year with only the 20 best riders would be way too high to still be able to field a full team in all races... #JustPumaProblems
Post that many were waiting for, but nothing surprising there in terms of training gains (of course bar that Avenir "disaster" ).
Metinvest admires how Puma can work with youngsters, especially italian ones.
Demare, well, i hope i wont see him much during the year, but then again, i will see Lander-Bar-Ciolek instead, great.

One thing I just realized, isn't it ironic that my riders missed the "Tour of the future" because I was rather thinking about my own future at the time?
And I really believe there will be a point in this year's transfer season where I'm extremely happy that my combined wages are a bit lower...
Enough about the Italians now before it becomes a transfer inquiry
Yep, I was actually thinking about adding another good sprinter (77-80) to make it Bar-that guy-Ciolek and Giaux-Lander-Demare. Wouldn't that be insane?

Hey, I have a bunch of those guys
I think we might have a pretty good rivalry next year....
