You don't have to enter the .TGA file if your jersey is in PCM13 format. Just select a .PNG version of your jersey.

Just to help for people who didn't get in, I thought I'd post my application so if people can see one that was good to be accepted
Spoiler What can you contribute to the Management Game, in terms of activity and other aspects?
I think that I can contribute a few different things to the Man-Game. Firstly, I know quite a lot about the game, mostly due to asking Pellizotti2 20+ questions during June/July, when my interest in the Man-Game began. This is beneficial because I wouldn’t slow down the game during the off-season as I’d know what to do and how to do it. Secondly, I know it’s hard to judge whether someone will be active or not, but I have a few things to support my claim. I have a rather long-running story in Fabio Melani, and I am an active member of EPIC and other community games such as Big Brother and the now finished Survivor. Plus, when given the opportunity of being in the Man-Game, it would be stupid to take it for granted and not devote good time and energy towards it, especially since I have dreamed of being in the Man-Game since June. Finally, I think I could also help with reporting. Maybe not on a very regular basis, but I would definitely put my hand up if need be.
If selected, how do you intend to manage your team?
I intend to build an Australian/English team with main sponsors Rebel Sport and Aviva (Rebel-Aviva ProCycling). I also intend to have Barilla as a sort of tertiary sponsor and try to sign a few Italian riders. I would probably build up my team with a strong core of young riders to stay with the team over the years, while also employing some older leaders for a season or two. I intend to update my HQ very regularly, with frequent Press Releases, Rider Features and Team Interviews as well as writing Previews and Reviews for every race in which my team is involved. I have a small shortlist of riders to get me started so I don’t get left behind, but I’d have to wait for the Pre-Transfers DB before making any decisions on specific riders.
Finally, thank you very much for considering my application. I hope it is enough to convince you that I am worthy of a spot in the Management Game, and if I am accepted, I will prove that giving me this privilege would be the right decision.

@Cycleman: Don't get me wrong, you submitted a wonderful application, much better than mine, but my perception of 'preparing for months' turned out to be quite off
baseballlover312, 06-03-14 : "Nuke Moscow...Don't worry Russia, we've got plenty of love to go around your cities"
Sarah Palin, 08-03-14 (CPAC, on Russian aggression) : "The only thing that stops a bad guy with a nuke is a good guy with a nuke"
Big thanks to jdog for making this AMAZING userbar!

Ollfardh: Imo just wait for renewals to start and finish. I have a few things planned to keep my HQ active, but until you get the Pre-Transfers db there's not much to do.

Somewhat easier with the Pro Tour, I doubt they change the profiles that much from year to year ;-) And I doubt anyone will be suprised that my win goal is Köln ;-)
