Bjørndalen So glad he got one final great victory.
And WTF Fourcade and Hegle Svendsen looked rock solid the whole season and then they crack like this when it really count, 24 years old beaten by a 40 year old, still can't belive it...
You can't say they crack, 6 and 8 are not bad, but it was a race where you cannot do a fault on shooting.
Fourcade and Svendsen shot the same as Bjørndalen (One miss). So it came down to who was the strongest on the skis as well I guess. |

'Crack' was maybe a bad word to use. But what I meant that Fourcade and Svendsen has been soo much stronger than Bjørndalen almost all year long, then when it comes down to the olympics, they both are chanceless against him on the last lap and both lose time.

Fourcade and Svendsen among others started too fast using to much energy, Bjørndalen was only the fasted on at the finish but at any timecheck is was someone else that was faster then Bjørndalen. (iirc)

Matthias Mayer achieves gold medal in downhill ahead of Innerhofer and Jansrud. Sooo damn happy. Excuse me, while I'll go mental.

Great, now even the Brits have more medals than we do...
Though we'll get our first two medals tonight, Loch will win luge and Freund will hopefully get one in the K95.

Sundby should be disqualified. He's disturbing Vylegzhanin and stopping the Russian from using his poles one last time. That's according to the rules illegal and he should be disqualified. |

it's still under review as the results still says unofficial results while the slopestyle and downhill are official
