Just to reiterate (in case anyone is confused):
The transfer window shuts at 21:00 (GMT), however , if someone bids on a rider between 20:00 and 21:00 then bids on that rider will be available for an extra hour from the last bid.
All the riders in the transfer market who didn't receive a bid between 20:00 and 21:00 will no longer be eligible for the bids after 21:00.
If someone then bids at say 21:07 on that rider then there will be one hour again for bids on that rider, it will continue in this fashion until there are no more bids within the hour. |
