In the 1st stage we finished 13th and we lost 1'01'' on winners on the TTT after an average performance compared to our team's squad and TT ability. In the 2nd stage Fuglsang was brilliant with getting 2nd place 1'11 behind Valverde who put an astonishing attack to gain time on Froome very early. In the 3rd stage Fuglsang was 11th with the most of the favourites while the break succeeded(Castroviejo). In the 4th stage he was 20th after an uphill sprint which Valverde won.In 5th satge he was 20th again and again a Movistar rider(Intxausti)won.6th stage it was a sprint Matthews won,Dmitry Gruzdev was the best finisher in 35th.7th stage was good for our top 10 goal because König lost 5 minutes while Degenkolb won with sprint,Bazayev was our best finisher in 23rd.
Fuglsang is sitting in 6th place 2'10'' behind of Valverde after the 7th stage.

La Vuelta a Espana Week 2 In the 8th stage Egor Silin made onto the break but the main group chased them hard and they eventually dropped the breakaway survivors in the last 2 km.Silin did a very well job and finished 7th 41 seconds behind of Valverde.Fuglsang finished the day as 12th +1'06''behind of the stage winner Alejandro Valverde and he was the 8th GC contender at the line as he gained 26 seconds on D.Martin and Intxausti.
The 9th stage was for puncheurs and the day which Fuglsang feared since day 1.
Kevin Seeldraeyers got into the breakaway of the day and got a very good 3rd place 33 seconds behind of the stage winner Mitchell Birt. while Fuglsang(as expected)couldn't follow the attacks and lost from 1'21'' to 2'06''to his rivals except Sanchez,Intxausti and Majka.
The 10th stage was another mountaintop finish at this years Vuelta and Tiralongo got into the breakaway of the day but he cracked hard to finish 9'41'' behind of the stage winner Mitchell Birt while Fuglsang finished 13th +4'35'' behind of Birt and finished 7th from the GC contenders while Rodriguez became new leader..
The 11th stage was a ITT.But Fuglsang did a very bad performance to only finish 24th 1'51'' behind of the stage winner Oreste Ghita.
The 12th stage was a flat stage which got won by Gerald Ciolek while our best finisher was Gruzdev in 29th.
The 13th stage was a hilly stage which Muravyev got into the breakaway of the day but unfortunately it ended with a sprint as Gerald Ciolek again while Fuglsang was our best finisher,12th.
In the 14th stage Silin got into the BOTD and he got a good 3rd place finish while in the favourites group Froome attacked and took the jersey from Rodriguez while Fuglsang finished 15th on the stage and 6th from the favourites while Maxime Bouet won the stage.Jakob Fuglsang is sitting in 7th place of the GC right now 11'16'' behind of Froome
Here are some photos from our 2nd week.

La Vuelta a Espana Week 3
On the 15th stage Kevin Seeldraeyers got into the BOTD.
Fuglsang struggling
Seeldraeyers attacks
He is going well.
We are almost within the red tenant and Seeldraeyers is still in the lead. The gaps between them is almost neglectable though
Seeldraeyers looks to win the stage but Bouet and Izagiire have started their final dash for the line. Can Seeldraeyers win this? With just 600 meters to go is the 21 second gap given by the GPS enough for Seeldraeyers to win today.
Bouet and Izagirre are coming but can only catch up to Seeldraeyers but not go past him.
Kevin Seeldraeyerswins on the Peyragudes.
Fuglsang loses time to some but gains time to some.
Stage 16
Tiralongo on BOTD
Tiralongo kicks Garcia is all over while Stetina hangs on
Another kick and Stetina also cracks as Tiralongo gets the stage win
But Fuglsang finishes in peloton and loses time.
Stage 17
Break won with Clement.Fuglsang was the best finisher in 45th place.
Stage 18
A bad day.Fuglsang lost time as he was 15th +4'30'' behind Vandevelde the stage winner from BOTD and slipped to 10th.
Stage 19
Kascheckin made into the BOTD.
And he attacks
He is going well.
And Kascheckinwins
Podium photo of him
Fuglsang loses time once again
Stage 20
We are at the final of the Vuelta and a more fitting final couldn’t have been asked. The Alto de L’ Angliru. The stage winner today will have a legendary status for the rest of his life as the climb was only used 5 times before and previous winners are Juan José Cobo (’11), Alberto Contador (’08), Roberto Heras (’02), Gilberto Simoni (’00) and José María Jiménez (’99). Together they have 12 GT victories, only Jiménez doesn’t have a GT victory but 4 KOM jerseys.
Silin on the BOTD
Silin and Sutherland go clear.
Silin is off.Sutherland can't react.
And he wiinns.
Silin also wins the KOTM classification if he finishes tpmorrow.
But Fuglsang loses more time and slips to 11th.
Stage 21
Rabon wins from BOTD.Fuglsang best finisher today in 49th
Egor Silin winning the KOTM classification
4 stage wins,KOTM classification,11th in GC.Good race from the team.

Giro dell'Emilia
51km to go
Thanks to the work done by Astana, Belkin and Cannondale, the gap has been reduced by a minute. However, it remains the question whether or not the break can be caught in time, and if we can see a somewhat suprising winner here.
21km to go
The peleton now counts 39 riders, including the 4 riders dropped from the break. The gap is coming down, 2 minutes and 45 seconds according to our GPS signals. Our team Astana and Belkin have the control over the peleton.
19km to go
Here we go! Our rider Nibali (AST) is the first one of the favourites to attack! It seems like a long shot, but with the Italian you never know.
16km to go
The prove my statement right he (behind the tree in the back) has already brought down to gap with the leaders to a mere 1 minute and 15 seconds. Gesink (BEL) trails him by 30 seconds, followed by Kangert (AST) and Sagan (CAN) another 20 seconds further down the road. Behind them a small group with Frank (BMC), Kakhi (CSS), Verboven (EUS) and Visconti (MOV). The rest seems out of contention already.
14km to go
Oh, sneaky downhill attack by Bardet. He may have realised his best shot is to get rid of Bongiorno and Izagirre and go to the line alone. But Nibali is already within a minute with 14 kilometers to go!
11km to go
The Italian and the Spaniard managed to catch up with the Frenchman again to form a coalition to withhold Nibali. Gesink and Sagan are only 30 seconds behind the Italian and shouldn't be counted out yet. The rest is over a minute behind them.
9000m to go
1 lap, 9000 meters, 1 hill. That's all that seperates the leaders from a possible victory. Nibali is 40 seconds behind, but now experiences some inconveniences with lapped riders. The gap to Gesink and Sagan extends to 1 minute and 40 seconds. The remainder of the favourites are 2 minutes behind the 3 leaders.
7000m to go
3 leaders, bullshit. We now have 4 leaders! Bardet, Bongiorno, Izagirre and.........Vincenzo Nibali! He joined the breakaway and is now the absolute favourite to win the race. The rest isn't coming any closer.
2500m to go
2 and a half kilometers left, we're at the bottom of the hill. The finish is at the top of it. 3 riders have been at the front nearly all day long, 1 is relatively fresh and strong. The first chasers are 1 minute and 10 seconds behind, so it's safe to say the winner will be one of these 4.
1250m to go
Or should I have said it's safe to say. Vincenzo Nibali will be the winner. We aren't even in the final kilometers and he's managed to create a big gap. The other will battle for second place, with Bongiorno seemingly having the best papers there.
500m to go
It's not a question whether or not Nibali will win today, but can he overtake that group of riders battling for 109th place.
0m to go
Yes he can!Another victory for our rider! With ease, he can overtake them and crosses the line in first place! Vincenzo Nibali is the winner of this year's edition of the Giro dell'Emilia!
Tanel Kangertalso finished 9th.

World Championships .
Our very good season continued on the TTT where we got 3rd.
TTT
We came to this race with this squad.
Astana Pro Team
Janez Brajkovic
Jakob Fuglsang
Andriy Grivko
Diego Johnson
Fredrik Kessiakoff
Vincenzo Nibali
The route was the 2010 Giro d'Italia Stage 4 route instead of the Firenze route because Firenze route wasn't ready for it
We took the lead with less than a second over BMC.
Sky and Movistar beated us but we got a bronze medal.
The ITTs
Route:
U23 ITT
Our team's only rider in the race,Evan Huffman got a 12th place.
Elite ITT We hoped for a good performance after his great TT at le Tour beating Froome in both but today wasn't very good from him.
Decent ride by Giro winner Nibali, who will look for some late racing kilometers for the Road Race. After a busy season with Giro and Tour, the Italian will want some late prestige with a possible gold medal at Road Race. He already got bronze with his Astana Team in the Team Time Trial though. A solid ride but 17th is not that we hoped for.
Road Races
Routes:
U23 RR
Our only rider in the race Evan Huffman finished 79th 8'23'' behind the winner.
Elite RR
Here goes Nibbles following Dan Martin's move.
Nibali and others sprnting for second whilst Purito wins the World Championships RR
In the sprint for 2nd Nibali couldn't sprint well and could only get 9th.
Gasparotto was 28th
Fuglsang was 58th
Tanel Kangert was 66th
Bye.
This was the World Championships
