How do you have a (really really blurry) screenshot of Jesleyhs log in? Not angry, just really interested...
However i am still cancelling the deal. The reason should become clearer later on (if my sources are correct). Basically too many pre-deals, even if he is going to be away.

What the fuck? I have a deal with him over 1.000.000 that i based all my transfers around, and now after bringing most of my deals to the latter part of negociations you cancel that? Sure it's our problem, isn't that what you said? So why shouldn't that be okay?

That;s why TMM strongly discouraged pre-agreements, you could be screwed over like this.

I clearly made clear that pre-deals were actively discouraged, and that all pre-deals will be seriously looked at.
Jesleyh has been involved in serious pre-dealing. Whilst he has a reason, being away for a week or so, that reasoning only runs so far with me. I was happy to accept a couple of deals, i had no idea that he had put this many deals in place before hand.
As i said the number of riders involved has now gone well beyond what i'm happy with. I was informed of only 3 deals involving Jesleyh and i could accept that. However The Rider's post changed that, because it became the 4th deal i knew of. This is now 5 and i have to assume there is at least a 6th if not more.
I was very uneasy about the OGE deal because it involved 5 riders. In total Jesleyh has now been involved in deals for 9 riders (at least 13 including your deal and the other i know of). This amount of pre-dealing is huge and has made me unhappy.
I view it as un-fair, as 13 riders (minimum) are unavailable to other managers. Not quite un-sportsman like because (with the exception of the Kelderman deal) the deals were ok in terms of value.
The other managers were just lucky to get in there quicker. If you'd posted earlier then the deal would have happened.
The other managers should also count themselves lucky i'm not cancelling all his pre-dealings, as this has really annoyed me!
