I've now sent out a number of tie-breaker rounds. Some managers have still not sent in their first round selections - if I do not receive these in the next few days I will have to move on without them.

Okay I am still missing a few selectors' votes from the first round but I am now declaring that they will not count, and all nations have now moved on to at least the second round of voting. Well over half the teams are already selected and some are already in the third round of voting.

I guess it's inevitable to see some managers miss the selection, but it's good to know the process is moving forward to completion.

Okay the final round of PMs have been sent out. There are only about 5 countries who do not have a finalised list so far so I will hopefully have a startlist for everyone around Christmas.
