Wiggns and Froome dislike each other. Wiggins and Uran had no issues. Dual leading a GT, with Uran as leader for Ardennes and give Wiggins some other leader roles like AToC or Paris-Nice, and i think both would be satisfied.

Normally, you'd lose both Uran and Wiggins, as both didn't get their demands met. In the spirit of Christmas however, there's an extra chance:
Uran and Wiggins storm your office together "We are not happy!"
Sir Bradley starts: "I wanted sole leadership. You gave me a Froomedog once, but he didn't listen very well, did he? This Urandog doesn't seem much better, he might drop me in the mountains as well. I've proven enough, I want to solo lead a GT again!"
Uran continues: "I don't want to be a domestique anymore, I got 3rd in the Vuelta. If I can't get full lead here, some other team like Quick Step might be interested in me. You can't seriously think this old bag of bones is better then me?"

Movistar has three is Quintana, Valverde and Costa plus strongish second tier riders. Irl Costa left to pursue greater leadership roles whilst Wiggins refocused himself to other goals and stay with the team.
Even FDJ has issues keeping it's riders happy with the Tour and in the end Bouhanni set sail. OPQS has issues balancing its classics team. BMC has issues balancing its classics squad as well.
Sky is not unique in this problem.
