Ciao Italia, it's a me, Mario! My continental championships were not good. I didn't sleep much the night before. Joessepe was playing strange music and it didn't do much good. Except for him, he rode a good race.
Anyway, on to season part 2. No calendar yet, but I hope I can lead the team on a few occasions. I feel I made quite some progress over the first season part, and hope I can get another chance as lead sprinter.

Hello everyone,
I would first of all like to announce some good news. The signing of Luke Bryan has been confirmed. The young American will ride for us the rest of the season. He'll hopefully introduce himself later on.
About the schedule: our squad seems complete for the rest of the season, so I hope every rider receives his schedule soon.

Still no word on my schedule for Part 2. Not really many TT's but I think I can work in a few races. Hoping for some word from the team soon.

Continental championship update
Unfortunately the continental championships didn't go as planned. Our best result was for Marouane, coming 3rd in the Aufrazian TT. No other top-10s unfortunately.

Hello Everyone ,
I'm Luke Bryan and I want to introduce myself.. I started cycling when I was 7. When me and my family went to a long holiday in Perm, Russia. Some Russian coach wanted to see me. I always wanted to be like a big TTsit I worked too hard in Russiabut I need to return to the USA... After 4 years later I was still on contact with Russia. I had another chance when I was 16 , and I also was practising on Philadelphia U-18 Team.. Then they offered me a contract of being a trainee and I accepted it.. AfterBeing two years of being trainee I was finally taking part with RusVelo.. Aft er a while they offered me and I was very happy to join MTN! Also my Calender is too good and I'm happy to take part in races in America with my friends!
Now my future goal is simple! Win a stage on America!!
Luke Bryan

Hello Luke,
nice to see another American join our team. If you have any problems at the team feel free to tell me. I will help you so that you feel at home with our team. You will see that everybody is quite nice here although some can piss you off with their strange music.
Johnny

Ciao Italia! We have a new rider on the team, he's an american and his name is Luke. No idea what kind of rider he is though. But welcome!
The manager also told me my a schedule for this season part. I will start will Scheldeprijs, leading out Ciolek again. Next is Turkey, where I will lead the team and hopefully do something on the flat stages. A stage win might be difficult, as a lot of teams are going for it, but I do hope to increase my points a bit. Five points is not enough, even in my first pro year.

Hey boss, it's Marouane here. Still no word on my schedule yet. I know you've probably sent in the planner already, so if you just tell me which races I'm riding, I'll be happy with that

Our next race will be the Scheldeprijs. As it's almost fully flat, we decided to make this one of our target races. Therefore, we'll send the following squad.
Bryan, Luke
Ciolek, Gerald
Guido, Mario
Kennedy, Dave
Konovalovas, Ignatas
Sbaragli, Kristian
Schmidt, Johnny
Stauff, Andreas
A top-10 should definitely be within reach

Ciao Belgica!
I am in the hospital now for a checkup. While I wait for the results, I write to you my blog in pain. With 5 kilometres to the line, there was a crash at the front of the peloton, caused by some Lotto guys, sabotaging our train so Greipel could win. I hit the ground hard, as you can see on this photo from the Sporza website.
I got up again, and slowly made my way to the finish, cause there was a lot of pain. I heard Ciolek managed to avoid me in time and sprinted to an 8th place. It's notbad, but I feel with my leadout he could have finished higher. Now it's just waiting for the results of my scan.

Despite some bad luck with Mario, Johnny and many others involved in a mass crash
Gerald managed to sprint to reach our sponsor goal of a top-10. 8th was his final result.

Ciao Turkey, it's a me, Mario! I am riding the Tour of Turkey at the moment, and it is going much better. I'm scoring points for the team now. The first mass sprint was not good. I grabbed the wheel of the Belkin train, so I was in a good position, but they just couldn't launch. They got themselves locked in, and me included
So it was a disappointing 9th place for me, but I got points, that was something to remember for the second day. I tried a different wheel today, and got much better results. 5th today, but a podium wasn't too far off. If I recover well enough, more might be possible later on in this race.
I feel this lineup isn't as good as Qatar, no world class sprinters here. Maybe on a hillier stage I can try something? I really want to show the manager I deserve to be a leader in this race.
