Thinking about it, you're right, most Pro Conti Teams in a lot of wouldn't do much more than filling up the back end of the Peloton.
Can't wait to create a rider though!

my riders
Just wanted to get my riders in early because I don't have much time and I have missed things too many times before. Also I don't really understand the rules so tell me if I've made any mistakes, especially with the last guy, I did hill and endurance last so not sure if it really works, because he is just too OP, even for me!

Delfi is a Costa Rican, he has ruden his bike since he was very young and did it hours a day, often neglecting his studies to go riding, well he may not be the sharpest tool on the box but he is a world class puncher, even at such a young age. The hills of Costa Rica have perfectly prepared him for the Ardennes classics in Spring, that is where he'll hope to shine.

How are the rules regarding the number of riders?
A total max (30?) or a max number of Custom riders?
I'd prefer either the last or the possibility of sacking one or two riders to replace with custom riders (Euskaltel has 29 riders as default)

Also like to add, what about WT teams with small squads? My team has 24 rides, with 2custom 26. Which will be 3-4 less than almost every other WT team, putting me at a disadvantage in terms of planning (less flexibility).
Not saying i must have more better riders or something, but being able to sign one or two more custom riders would help (especially when CT teams like IAM and Europcar with large squads can sign 6 riders)

If people feel they are in need of extra riders after the young riders are donne, I'll see what I can do for them. Don't expect any world class additons though

So in my case I am allowed to sack one rider for each rider the roster is over 30 in the end?
And is there then a limit to the number of riders I can sack? (Don't worry I wont abuse it - would just like to perhaps be able to sign more than one and have the rules clear before I go further into negotiations).
These riders would be obvious possibilities to get for the smaller teams.

Atlantius, I guess you can sack as many riders you want, though you can only sign 2 custom riders as a WT team..
TMM, I'll take care of that when we get there (when the database with the offical rosters is avialable. Don't want to break my head on that right now

(I discussed this with Ollfardh, and it was allright. Luigi will be the leading manager, opening the HQ, handling PMs with Ollfardh etc.
We both have the same rights in theory though, and will discuss every decision together, so if a rider is desperate for a team for example, you could PM me instead of Luigi as well )
