There are a few cobbled TTs, which will make the game crash...
Edit: I can only find 1 now, it's int he Great Race...
Also, normal countries still producing regens, every new country producing regens with the name John Doe and every rider having 4 potential, is annoying for playing a good career...

Yes, and in "Tour de Gaule"
If you want to play, no problem (I tested) but if you simulate, indeed this can cause crash.(which is a problem if you don't do the race in career)

unfortunately, it's impossible to delete the production of young riders
With DB Comics, it's better playing with "evolution of attributes" zéro.
The potential does not have the same value as a real db, very young riders are already very high stats |

You can delete the production I think. Just put every Dyn_weight to 0 in Sta_region.
Or, if not everyone can be 0, put USA on 1 or so and the rest 0 
Also, something else, not every WT team participates in every WT race...

In Stage Race or Classic, in "select a team", choose "custom"
And there is no problem in career

btw Luigi is underrated
love that Krillin is better then most other riders in de DBZ team
also like that the pokemon with lower base stats are better riders then pokemon with hige base stats (legendaries)

Yeah, it's pretty cool
Some stats could've been finetuned(I don't mean riders being underrated or overrated, but there are very few good climbers for instance).
Well, why don't you do a story with it Luigi?
I'm going to do the 'Mario Challenge'.
= Try to win every WT stage-race with Mario(in stage-race mode, but still). Mario is fairly all-around(Great MO, very good HI, very good TT, decent COB), but not amazing in 1 specific stat
But I won't make a story of it, sorry

Story... It would certainly be different... I hear it calling me...
Planning to download this tomorrow and give it a whirl. It just looks epic! Amazing amazing work.
Just for clarification, I only need to download the two parts? and NOT the FCD db as well? (obviously going into a second install but i don't want to have to dl another whole db)

I have never really though about getting PCM2013 until I saw this database.
Hopefully TMM or someone will do story with this database and show if everything works.... it looks too good to be true. |

For cobble TT, I was not aware (there no problem with this in pcm 12, i don't know why there in pcm13 )
As Jesleyh said, are little problem in career, but this is not very serious for a db like this
And there is no problem in stage race or classic

Yes, just the two part, and this for correct problem:

For the cobble TT correction, place in CM_stages AFTER have installed the database
For cdb, place in Document/PCM13/Mod/Database AFTER have installed the database
FCD is not necessary, of course ! but if you have not, keep the local.cdb of your db before installing the comics

I've spotted some minor errors regarding nationality. Godzilla is Japanese, King Kong is from an island in Indonesia and Ike (South Park) is an adopted Canadian (hence his "two-part" face).
EDIT: Also, Apu is from India. Agreed, he (and Ike as well) might have the American nationality, but at least it creates more diversity in nationalities which is important for the WC.
Snow White is a European story, written down by the Grimm brothers, so I think you could make her German.
Also, I find it weird how Anakin Skywalker is so strong. Shouldn't he be young with great potential? I feel he should be switched with Luke Skywalker stat-wise.
Of course, these are some minor issues that don't affect the awesomeness of this db.

Download is underway. Will post my thoughts here once i've got it all up and running. Also going to make a lot of adjustments to Stats and Nationalities (adding in more climbers, switching Luke and Anakin, switching several Pokemon, Dracula to USA, Godzilla to Japan and more)

Having issues installing the DB... or more accurately, it won't install at all... It's just sitting there, telling me it's running but not doing anything. Using up about 2,150k of memory for around 30mins now and nothing has popped up... Is this normal?
It's downloaded correctly, both parts. But yeah, not doing anything

Well, after clicking the .exe file you mean?
Yeah, took me a while as well.
BUt after 30 secs or so, there was a pop-up asking me if I want to give the installer permission to run. And if you click yes, it'll get done
