Thanks guys, it really helps, I guess its just practise, having never written one before, hopefully it will carry on improving, who knows, one day it may even be vaguely good! .
Yeah I did think about just sending him to the team with most votes but decided the draw was better. |

General Posting Guidelines
Because of school there will on almost all weekdays no race posts before about 5:00 at the earliest, that's BST at the moment! changing soon though! yesterday we were lucky as I only had 2 essays to complete (English and RS) so I had plenty of time, some days there will be no reports and some days, especially weekends and days off (I have no social life) there will be hundreds!!!! |

Tour of Qatar Stage 4
Today was a fascinating stage, unfortunately there was a glitch in the photographer's cameras so only the last few kms were recorded. This is incredibly annoying, as yet again we have something in PCM which I haven't seen before. (Guys what keeps happening is half the screenshots I take never make it to the right file! anyone know why?
Today's break was 7 men, who got a maximum lead of 5:51 before Sky chased hard to bring them in. They were:
Archibald An post
Bewely Orica
Hondo radioshack
Wu Champion system
Goesinnen drapac
Nowak CCC
Lindemann vaconsoleil.
Then it was down to racing, for the last 25km or so, we saw ridiculously strong crosswinds, after our lead out attempts completely failed, with several of us, including Ricardo, caught out. I saw my chance ahead of the reduced 28 man peleton and attacked with Ben Day, we got a gap of a minute before the sprint opened up.
Robert took cav's wheel for the sprint, he started ridiculously early, almost 3km out! It was as if all he cared about was denying me my first victory!
Noooo, with 1.5 km I was caught by the flying Manx Missile. Demare and Förster were still waiting, cav's sheer speed was tiring them.
But when Robert opened up cavendish payed for his mistake! catching Demare off guard, surely he couldn't be caught this time?
And he wasn't, Rob won his second stage in Qatar and was now a strong contender for the jersey, will he take it?
Despite my best efforts being in vain, I was in high spirits, even trying some acrobatics, no hands anyone?
As you can see the time gaps were big, significantly narrowing the field of contenders for the overall, see you tomorrow for more drama in the desert. |

Seriously, then how do you expand your knowledge of philosophy and the beliefs of others (oh right, the internet ) 8) Sorry guys, I accidently forgot to turn the difficulty up for the last race, that's why I won so easily. |

What a fantastic start with another win. Great to see Walter stay at the front of the bunch.
IMO, the only thing religion has ever done to the world is cause war after war with people killing each other for Neanderthal savage reasons. If only I could have seen that when I was at school.
They should teach humanism and logic in schools instead.
Anyhow.... GO Walter. |

Wrong post, but i guess yeah, isn't there a thread for discussing religion/war etc. thanks for the support but it really annoys me when people blame religious. I am not religious (to be honest I don't understand how you ca be now with all the science) but religion hasn't caused our problems, humans are constantly looking for reasons to start a fight, that's why there will never be real world peace, and to be honest religion is just another excuse to say we're better than you (Walter is non-religious too, somehow, even though only 0.56% of Indonesians are, 87% Muslim) but yeah, I don't mind this discussion, it only adds to my post count! But just wondering why here.
Just to clear this up, Atheism is not illegal in Indonesia! Contrary to popular-ish belief.

Sorry for no proper posts today, have been doing homework ever since I got back with the odd interruption so I had no time to run the stage. |

I'm hoping not to stray of topic here, but at my school we have philosophy club and religious clubs, and during history religion is often taught as well.

Maybe they went to a different folder or something, except for that i have no clue. (Also, i think Religion might well be the most pointless subject of all times. Over here they say it should be kept "because you learn a lot of life lessons like philosophy too". Then why don't they just make it Philosophy? I mean, i get the Point that you Need to learn about say jewish culture, but do we really have to do it every damn year over and over again?)

That's why you learn about different cultures every time......
The reason I ask is i don't know how to get profiles up as they literally never show up. |

Sorry guys, I just can't do it today, nothing is going right, I've had to do the stage twice and the report has failed twice now too, I'll just do it tomorrow as it probably isn't so good for motivation as I'm getting really stressed now with school and i have back pain ATM so all I really want to do is lie down because it's getting really bad.

Tour of Qatar stage 5
Oh who cares about motivation, the story ends if the story ends right? No need to try and put it off, I quit when I don't feel like doing it any more.
Today's stage was again pan flat but I still can't get my screenshots of the profiles to work! Please help someone!
Today's break was smaller than in previous days. It was made up of:
Rusli of Drapac
Roth of Champion Systems
Mouris of Orica GreenEdge
It got a huge lead of 9:30 and at several points it looked as if it would never be caught. None of the teams were chasing, not even Sky!
With 37km I made my move and attacked. As expected the gap grew quickly, reaching 1:55 before stabilising and slowly decreasing. They realised I was in virtual yellow and as such FDJ put in the first bit of effort but it was still too little, I increased the tempo, no longer hoping to hold it to the end, but at least to entice the peleton to chase.
I was caught with 17km to go, but the gap was still over 3 minutes, we'd have to work to catch them now. I just faded in, hoping I wouldn't lose time.
Our riders had felt FDJ's increase in pace so today's lead out was just Ben Day tapping out a rhythm and Robert hugging Edvald Boassan Hagen's wheel.
The sprint was chaotic, with Jurgen Roelandts leading off strongly, but had he gone too early?
Edvald and Robert had just left the slipstream of Tyler Farrah and looked good on the far side, would they get it?
But what's this? A surprise winner as a certain Luke Rowe takes it on the line for Sky, a great win for his palmares.
Nizzolo and Boasson Hagen came through strong but Robert was back to our standard expectations, 8th is solid for him.
This is the full result, showing Luke Rowe taking over yellow from Geraint Thomas.
