good luck issoisso but i have to disagree abit with you regarding to the statement you made that countries from northern europe and only uk being an exeption. norway are known for being inovative and improvising, and have really good engeneers. |

i dont know any name, but then again who the f**k knows the name of any engineeres? i know that the best school for engineeres in norway has a good standard and its really easy to get good international jobs afterwards. |

Is that why statoil and other norwegian companies are full of everything but norwegians?
EDIT: also, the norwegian government has a huge recruitment program going for engineers from all over the world. why? they're not happy with the standard of norwegian engineers.

statoil tend to draw their staff from to each office from where they are located generally. i dont cant say for sure this, but i live 50 meters from the best university for engineers in norway, and they have a very good internation reputation |

well, they were sending e-mails urging us over here to apply, and they said in the e-mail what their reasons were. I didn't make this up
I actually have a friend who applied. He's right now on a ship between Singapure and Jakarta, on his way to Port Louis in the Mauritius islands. He was in japan a week ago.
