Today was the last day of preparation for Australia in Belgium. I was still togetheer with Farrar in Ghent. Where the team bought a house for me.
Here you get the transcription of the conversation.
Me: Hey Tyler can we get some training in Oudenaerde. I just want to train for Flanders.
Tyler:: What are you crazy. Tomorrow we go to Australia. And we will definately get a jet-lag. The only things we need to do is eating and sleeping.
Me: What, there isn't even food anymore in the fridge.
Tyler: We will go to a "frietkot"
Me: What's a frietkot
Tyler: you will see it soon.
After some time we went to the frietkot.
The conversation started again in the frietkot
Me:Ah, now I see it "a frietkot" is a restaurant where they serve french fries.
Shop keeper: Whaat do not saay tat again. Fries are from Belgium not from France. The french people only have cheese and wine.
Tyler: For us two big packs with mayo and two legs of a bear
we got a good meal this was the introduction of the guy of the frites: odilon vervaecke
The meal was goed
