Glad to see most people enjoy his victory He seems extremely controversial on this site
I guess it'd be different if it would happen in real life, though. We'll see
Anyway, I've got some stuff to do tonight. I might do the next stage, but I'm not sure. Tomorrow is also a busy day. But I'm in no rush here Hope you aren't, either. |

You'll have to make a video and post a link here to it if he does |

Good to see him back, though I'm wondering how good stats you gave him... 85 in both mountains and hills?
BTW. Daggen, I think one time would be enough

Stage 9 :: Saint Girons - Bagnères de Bigorre
Profile
Seems like a tough, tough day. The finish is more than 20 kilometers from the last top, so don't expect a solo victory.
The Race
Yesterday we cooked up a new tactic. It wasn't my idea, but here it is: first slope, already doing serious damage! Tomorrow is a rest day after all!
The entire peloton was begging to take it easy. On the final slope of the day, I had only Zubeldia left. The peloton couldn't have been more than 30 riders at this point.
I had recuperated pretty well from yesterday. I felt good, again!
As soon as Zubeldia said he couldn't do the pacing anymore, I decided to filter a bit, I attacked!
This can't be a coincidence. Four of us arrive at the top. The numbers 1 to 4 in the GC.
But again, the downhill made sure we regrouped. Zubeldia did some more pace-making, to ensure we wouldn't see any late attacks.
Sammy Sanchez was the strongest one in the end! I finish second and am very content. Now it's a rest day!

I will enjoy this rest day! We travel to the North of France, and Fränk, my brother, is coming to visit! He'll follow the rest of the Tour with me, cheering me on on the Ventoux and Alpe d"Huez.

By the way, in the mode "stage race", does the rest day count? I just checked the freshness at the start of the next stage and it seems no rest day was taken into account all my riders are dead |

Thanks for noticing
I have a word-document with the basic things written down in code, and there it's stage 2, so sometimes I forget to change it |

Nice tactic and a great win already, but you have to take some time soon to survive the ITT! |

Just noticed this story. Nice one, with another created cycling hero!!! No wait, once, back in the early days, there was a cyclist named Schleck that could outclimb everybody. So this is a real exisiting rider?!?!?!
Good luck with it anyway.

I see that Andy goes all for KoM, so when he will lose a few minutes on time trail/crisis stage he will still be able to call Tour success with polka dot |

I see I'm upsetting a lot of people who want him to do the same in real life
Anyway, like I said, today will be tough to get a stage done. Maybe I'll pull it off since it's a flat stage -> short result. But then it'll probably be tonight!

I didn't know that I just used that doping fiend from your Petronas story who ruled on Alpe d'Huez! |
