As indicated by Otti, the whole season planner feature is broken.
1) It doesn't tell you how many race days you have set for riders.
2) In the menu of rider goals it should filter to only show the races you are entered into.
3) In terms of rider goals, having just been promoted to Pro Continental some of my better riders only have automatically generated season peaks based around World Tour races. I'm not in any of these races and there is no guarantee I'll get in as a wild card. Some of the star riders are even telling me that their national tour should be an objective - again, that isn't right when you aren't guaranteed a place. Some of my lesser riders have also got automatic targets that I'm not entered in to. This should not happen.
4) When I hover over the row for a rider in the season planner races he has targeted get starred, which is good. However, when I then drag that race bar down to add to his planner the same should happen. If you have four or five riders targeting that race it suddenly becomes more complicated than it needs to be.
5) The race planner should be accessible at certain times in the season. If a rider got injured for a while early season I might want to change his peaks and objectives, but currently it is impossible. At the same time, if I sign a rider as a trainee his goals are automatically set when he joins on August 1st (and often he is unhappy with them). This is a perfect example of where there needs to be a window to adjust goals.
6) As a small continental team it is very difficult to get into races. Often you then get messages that the riders are unhappy about the number of race days they have. This should be dependent on the races you are entered in to (i.e. if my squad only has 30 race days riders shouldn't be upset with the lack of racing when they've ridden most of those days).

When a rider gets an injurie you can't chance his goals. Had a rider with a broken leg, but he were in perfect shape. |

The stage editor is crashing very often. Can someone confirm this?

Oh, that is cool!
Shouldn't be necassary, but well, it's ok
Hope it doesn't require using a new .cdb(since my DB needs a re-do then), but I guess not, since you don't need a new career either.

If I remember correctly from last year, no patch required a new career. But you never know in advance, so it's better to wait
I just hope it's a decent patch, including other common bugs. If not, well, I'll have to wait even longer for my next career

Just took this from the official forum:
As you may know we are working on a few fixes on the game right now, and we don't know the exact release date of the future patch.
We already have some fixes that can fix you some problems in career and armada mode, just by replacing one file in your installation folder. It is not an official patch, but you can download it right now to continue your career and enjoy the Armada mode.
guidelines :
-download the file 'pcm.cxe' on https://demo.ovh.f...6e2235419/ (click on the filename on the center)
-save it to a local folder on your hard drive.
-go to your installation folder, which is by default c:/program files/Cyanide/pro cycling manager 2013 or c:/program files/Steam/Steamapps/common/pro cycling manager 2013.
-Find the PCM.cxe file and rename it with any name (e.g pcm.cxe.backup)
-Paste the new pcm.cxe file that you downloaded in the same folder : you're simply replacing one file by another.
-Launch the game.
There are two main fixes :
-You can contract new riders at the start of july when you have a sponsor for the next season (even the same)
-You can scroll down the whole list of stage races hosted in Armada.
The career fix does not need any career restart, you can use your save.
Post in this topic if you have any problem with the file replacement. |

Does there come an official patch tonight?
Or is it just the one above me?

I guess that's what he meant by a"patch" tonight. Just the sponsor fix.
I don't trust that download, I'll wait for the official patch |
