[PCM 2013] French Community Database 2013 [Version 3.0 Available !]

When you're finished with testing the DB with the new patch and everything, would it be possible to post the .cdb file either here or on PCM France? That way people that want to edit some stats to their liking or want to add additional national championships or just want to take a look could do that while waiting for your upload or their own download to finish. And thanks for your commitment to this surely great DB.

All looks very nice 
Any way to get around the 30 minutes per download limit. (I can't download part 2 if I just downloaded part 1).
I found out that it got 20 minutes if you register, but it's still annoying 
Wait, is 60 the lowest stat? But what about those guys that can't climb for shit? (Van Hummel, Kittel) or the guys that can't sprint for shit(Basso)

Yes, you have a point here, a lot of guys finish out of time in TdF.
Though I have more doubts about CT stats(differences will be really small now) than WT stats.

I did already. Train your french though, some critical parts are in french. Love google translate I haven't played since I installed so don't know what will happen if you do that. I am just going to wait patiently (ahum...) untill part 3 comes out!
