Jacstar, gloves would be great. I see them in the game and they put generic on your riders. So it would be nice to have a true "kit" so to speak.
NC's....hmmm I base my team as a US team, so US. Then:
Canada, Austraila (good young riders there if you scout),Fance and Spain. That tends to be where most of the riders I use come from. If you want to add a country or 2...feel free. I do use a few German and Swiss riders at times.
What else can you do? I know you said you couldnt do bikes. But, think I can use a frame thats in game, recolor and kinda paste team logos on it. As long as I try that with the generic frames, if I do it wrong...it wont matter.
Helmets, shorts, glasses (I hear they are very hard), shoes...whatever you can do. But dont do so much that you make others wait a long time. I dont want to be greedy.
I may look at the templates and see if I think (besides a frame recolor) what I feel good about trying. If it looks like I can do something. Ill post and PM you so you know I no longer need that item.
And while this my seem odd, what/where do we use the logos? I would like one...but really dont know where/what the do in game. You may now call me a noob, but 13 is the 1st PCM I have really had time to play and learn. So now I can use made items and my new abilities on game play, to tell a story that I hope will interest people.

And yes, that will work very well. It gives you credit where it is no question due (for making my items) but incorporates it into the story. Thats one thing that always was odd in the stories. If you add the person who made items into it, it gives them more credit. Atleast to me, because while only in a name, they are added to the world you create...not just named like the end of a movie. To me that is almost an after thought. And people who do stuff one off for people deserve a bit more (to me anyway) than just a brief mention. Afterall, they took time and effort to do it, when they could of been doing many other things.

I will upload the logo so you can use it if you want when I upload all your other stuff
@Jakstar...someone maybe creating a DB (well adding my team) into one. So I may not have any issue getting everything in game. I gave him the link to the packet you made. If he can do it, he will set it so my team is already listed. So I will still get the info for you to see why stuff isnt showing. But, if he can get it all ingame. Then you will have many pics of the gear you made.

Didn't work. I took this full folder OUT of the game, and renumbered everything in mine with this folders number. Then put it in the file...and somehow this jersey, I removed it's folder, was ingame but not mine?

So I would like to have a new jersey (I would prefer the same colors though since my bike ingame and irl is in those colors) with another sponsor:

How about making it stand out with a bolder color? Alot of teams are doing it now. Prime example, here is Saxo from 2009 and you know what they have now with the yellow added to make it stand out.

Well, I must say, if I'd add yellow it wouldn't match my bike anymore.
And I'm pretty sure the yellow in the Saxo shirt this year was only because of Tinkoff, their shirt was yellow back when they were main sponsor of their team. But that's just a guess.

That may well be true. But, many teams are adding in something bold or bright. Not sure what color would work well. Jak is a buddy, trying to give him some ideas.
