The 'changes in this update' thing looks promising.
Can't wait to download it, although I have to wait till this evening, when I have access to my computer...
I will wait with starting a career until 0.5 though, I think.

I must say that it looks pretty good right now...
There are a few things though. So uuhhmm... Feedback Time!
- What the heck happened to Sagan's hill ability?(72) Typo or?
- Some of the new hill talents are way too good. Finding the first real-life puncheur(from good to bad) is hard. The best 3 puncheurs are all 'fake' riders, and except Kelderman(Who isn't a puncheur but stage-racer of course), there's no 'real' puncheur with hill 80+. What about guys like Moser, Slagter, Betancur, maybe guys like Quintana etc.
In for example Climbing, this is exactly the opposite: No good 27- Aged climbers(While a guy like Froome in real life proves that they exist
- A bit too much guys with skill 78/79, especially on hill ability. Prologue is the same, maybe even worse: Tons of 80+ guys on the PRL stat.
- The CT is way too strong. I found a lot of 77+ AVG, and an army of AVG 75+ guys.
In Comparision, in the 2013 DB, there is only one AVG 75 guy(Haedo), and two AVG 74 guys(Zaballa and Pinto)
The CT should really, really become weaker.
- Some youngsters are too allround. The generator you used really helped with the realistic stats(No huge MO and HI differences, no huge SP & ACC differences etc.), but as a result, a lot of guys are too allround(Top-climbers with SP 74, Almost all sprinters, and a lot of riders in general, have incredible high energy stats(STA, RES, REC) and some more of that)
Edit: I just found for example a James Mannion, who has 71+ in every stat, and 75+ in 9/13 stats. For a Time-trialist, this is very strange. Some more guys like that are in the DB, like Hartmann
- Some very talented guys right now, aren't changed at all. This has become way less than in the first place, but guys like Jay Mccarthy, Salvatore Puccio, Tony Gallopin etc. deserve a big boost.
This is all I could find. It looks much, but most of the things are rather small and easy to fix. The DB is really getting better, and getting pretty good.
I bolded the feedback that I found the most important.

Too many good riders,i just tried, also Kelderman is superior in every, every, every part of this game,so please put his stats bit lower, separate Kittel from Blanco,i mean not everybody can be 81-81-81,put some 72-73 riders, put some 65-70,also not every stage races is good TT driver,so 72-73 stats,otherwise,beta02 is much better than later versions |

No problem, I'm busy with correcting the stats.
It's a load of work though, more than I expected, but I've got enough time, the next DB(with stages) will take a few weeks I think...
Edit: I won't seperate Kittel from Blanco though, although I made some other sprinters get a little bit closer to Kittel(in stats)

That basically means Blanco will have best sprinter + best mountain rider + best TT rider,so ,whats the point of this database then?
EDIT : Also put Van Garderen and Rigoberto Uran in database

No, I lowered Kelderman a bit in mountains(Yes, it did hurt ), and you can argue who the best sprinter and TTist is, since for example Sagan is a bit worse than Kittel in sprint, but a beast allround(and uphill sprint), and guys like Phinney, Van Garderen have about the same ability as Kelderman has at TT, but are better PRL riders.
Don't worry, I'll try to fix as much as I can

You'll never know when a rider stops his career. For that reason I chose to delete some more famous riders.

Uhmm... Uran and Van Garderen are both still in. Van Garderen being the second-best TTist, and Uran one of the best puncheurs and a good stage-racer too
Progress up to now: - A lot of the strange young riders are corrected to normal stats.(= much allround guys made less allround, not that much good PRL and COB riders, weaker young riders overall, with some exceptions etc.)
- minimal adjustments for the top-riders to keep things more open.
- About Half of WT has more realistic weak riders(Guys like Puccio, Mccarthy, Duarte higher, and a lot more AVG 67-73 riders
- Some guys were Aged 15 again, most of them fixed.
- A few CT teams have been lowered a bit. A lot of them still to do though
Probably forgot some other things I did up to now...

Jesley deserves a big spot in this database for all the work he has been doing. Therefore I'll rename the project, so he gets the credits he deserves

I will still need quite a lot of custom stages for new races. If anyone has some or is willing to make one or two, reply or send me a private message.
The Time Trial Tour of Europe is already being created, as well as the last 4 stages of the UCI Cycling Tour of Europe
The stages can be e-mailed to or you can upload them on 4shared, mediafire or comparable sites and send me the link by PM.

I was already wondering. The Giro 2010 came through my home town, which is near Assen. So I thought it was the Giro that started in Assen. I wasn't sure, therefore the "?".

Hmm... The closest that the Giro 2010 came to Assen was Utrecht I think(At least the closest stage was Amsterdam - Utrecht).

WT is done, and I'm about halfway PCT now.
Edit: Gonna take a break though, it's getting a bit too much 24/7

True, it's getting annoying if you're working on it for too long. The effort will be worth it though.
Except for the 4 stages maxime86 is creating at the moment, the UCI Cycling Tour of Europe is complete. A list of the stages can be found at the first post.
