What should our goals be?
In anticipation of announcing the team goals, we would like to ask our fans' opinions, as always. Where should or focus lie? Are we competitive enough for an entire year? Should we focus on Belgian and Italian races? What about the grand tours? The floor is yours, dear fans!

I think that you can go for a top 3/top 5 on every GT. Just let your 3 GT leaders(Basso, de Gendt and Gonzalez) ride 2 GT's. And the hills should also be a goal, since you have Gilbert. The cobbled squad isn't that strong though.(Sorry if this made Mitch Thompson angry )

Season goals announced!
Now that we have our lead riders, we are happy to present our season goals!
In general, we want to achieve a lot this season. Our team is strong and wide enough to compete everywhere. But we're not forgetting our roots, Belgian and Italian. Lastly, there's two options in a race: winning or losing. So we're not going for podiums or top 10's, we're going for the wins!
Mains goals:
- Giro d'Italia. We are going for a win here, nothing less. We believe we have the riders to do this.
- A monument. There's 2 Belgian monuments, 2 Italian and Paris Roubaix, and the latter seems hard to win this year. So if we win at one of the other 4, our sponsors will be very happy.
Secondary goals:
- Liege-Bastogne-Liege. With Gilbert on the team, this is a mandatory goal.
- Tour Down Under. Start the New Year with a Bang.
- One of the 4 major small stage races. Just 'cause we can.
- A stage win in each GT. To show we are competitive all season
- A jersey in a GT. We like jerseys.
- Win a CT race. Crush their dreams that they're good enough for promotion
You see these are 8 major goals total. I'll let you guess why we chose that number, but it will become clear when we accomplish our first one.
Other goals:
- Get a NC jersey
- Get 10 of our riders selected for the WC
- Get victory in a cobbled race.
- Dominate the Ardennes
- (will be updated once our roster is final)

Veteran Bruseghin joins the team
More good news from the transfer market for Lierse - Pizza Ullo. We reached a 1 year agreement with Italian cyclist Marzio Bruseghin. Though he is already 37, he assured us he can load up his batteries for another year, and that's all the convincing we needed. We know he won't let us down and be a perfect domestique for our team leaders in the grant tours and smaller stage races.
For the next two rounds, we're feeling restrictions again. We wanted to give our 3 year contracts to young talents, but the UCI won't let us do that this time. To compensate, we're adding further restrictions on our own. We will send in a full Belgian list!
