Yeah, thanks for that. Funnily enough I thought the same thing with Iino, and wasn't sure about my budget. Now a few deals have fallen through and I'm short a puncheur.... Iino could have almost filled that with a couple of years worth of training . Oh well. He's more mountains anyway.

Sho Hatsuyama will be joining JK Cycling next year. He is the latest signing for the team, and is looking forward to joining his fellow countrymen.

Just about to start on oxycodone, so if you don't hear from me over the next week, don't panic.

It is with great regret that I am going to have to withdraw from the Man Game this season. Right now i am have some complications with my shoulder, and am unable to continue to commit to the man-game. I understand that most of the hard work is over, and this probably severely impacts my chance of participating in the man game in the future, it is something that I'm going to have to deal with. Sorry for being a pain in the ass, but such is life.
Cheers, DaBobScotts.
Also, good luck to the other managers in the man-game, I hope you have much success!

Now that is a real shame and disappointment. Sucks to see this team disban. Was looking forward to see what it could do. Well, good luck with that shoulder! Maybe we'll meet next season Although I don't think Valv will find this very disappointing

Shame, now we only have 21 Conti teams. Good luck with that shoulder anyway |

Just going to share my own thoughts on this before I call it a night (a long one it was too )
I am of course saddened to hear this. No reason for me to be happy (of course if you had stolen Kinoshita from me, it may have changed the situation ) and I was looking forward to our rivalry (especially as it seems Teddy has all but disappeared)
Although it seems a bit badly timed (obviously) I dont know how much more work is required and how you are feeling for it, but I think the only bit of required Man-game stuff left before the season is the race planner, or atleast major work anyways.
Then during the season, you'd obviously be inactive, but you'd at least have a reason.

Wow, that's a shame.
I don't really get why you're leaving though? I don't know how serious these complications are, but if you'll just be inactive for a while, and I think a lot of people wouldn't mind helping you out in that time. Since you've been really active before and still want to be active in the future it's the more teams the better, imo.

I hope you get your shoulder sorted out soon.
As Valv said I think the only major thing left in preseason is the race planner now so if you can do that and get through to the season itself then I'm sure everyone would understand if you're not the most active during the season itself.
I was really looking forward to battling you're team, being the only other CT Asian based team (unless Teddy's is still going) would have made you my biggest rival, now I'll probably have to fight the Asian PCT teams all season instead.

It is a shame to loose one cool team and manager, but your health is the most important, so get well soon. I will miss the expected added spice to Asia region, as Teddy left too, so Valv will have an easy time probably.

I'd rather prefer if he didn't.
I mean there's obviously no reason why a "shoulder complication" would prevent anyone from taking a few minutes of their lives to sort out the kind of tasks this game gives you. And given the timing of this decision I cannot express any sympathy for someone who just shows a complete lack of respect for people like SN, and the rest of the MG crew, who go through so much trouble to select the very best candidates for these spots.
It's sad...

I agree that the timing is very bad and that people suddenly leaving after being thoroughly selected really sucks for the game and the people running and playing it.
But we don't know the exact situation here. He is on Oxycodone, which seems to be a pretty heavy pain killer with lots of side effects: https://en.wikiped.../Oxycodone So I'm assuming it's a very severe and painful shoulder problem. Imagine using mouse and keyboard with that. He probably needs to use his limited computer time on more important stuff like work or study.
Then there is of course also the possibility that the problem is not that severe and that he could have easily completed his remaining MG tasks. But I like to give him the benefit of the doubt.
DaBobScotts, could you please explain to us why you really can't commit to the Man-Game anymore?

SN has convinced me to continue, however I may be slow to fill in the forms, inactive lots of time and only have 14 riders. Luckily I have a kind little sister, who is willing to type for me right now!
Dekker: I have headaches, blurry vision, nausea and am sleeping most of the day.

Get well soon. People give man some rest, he told us it is very hard for him to continue, so believe him, i hope he has no reason to lie.

I was under the impression that your condition was more like an excuse for a cheap bail, but I can understand I jumped to a wrong conclusion, so I apologize for those harsh words. I obviously don't know the full extent of your problem, but what I meant is that it shouldn't be seen as a make or break situation. I think everyone will understand if you slow the progression of the game a few days or weeks if that's the case, and as everyone has pointed, there's not much left to do after race planners.
Well I wish you the best recovery possible and that you continue with us

Whoa, that's nasty. Good luck recovering!
Glad that you continue.

This just turned into the underdog team, kinda feels like Indianapolis Colts with their head coach/director out. Hope you have great recovery and come back better then ever.
