Green - Hex Code: 29802C
Red - Hex Code: DC1726
White
Black
Use the red for decoratinal stuff, with the White, Black and Green for the main bit of the jersey. I dont want it to be anything like Credit Agricole's style though. Keep the shorts fairly similar to current one
Main Sponsor 
DFL (Driving Force Logistics)
Minor Sponsors
Dont feature these too much.
Cyclingnews.com (Although I dont want any purple - perhaps some on a cyclingnews logo, but nothing else.), - Most prominent of the Minor sponsors
Maestro
Vodafone
Jako (Although only in the collar, like the current one)
Thats it - I dont want any Kit/Equipment logos.
Design Type: No idea, have fun with imagining something.
If you could do a version that doesnt include Vodafone too, that would be great as they only signed a 6 month deal. Plus, a GBR RR and Finnish TT would be handy.

I hope you will save the templates so it is possible to make national jerseys. I might be able to adapt whatever you come up with myself. My problem isnt so much the tech stuff as it is the creative stuff (story of my lige I'm afraid)
Right now all i need is a Kazakh shirt for Vino, but hopefully more next year.
