Looking forward to the kind of pics your going to get on Box Hill SN. Will be a fantastic finish on the Mall, whether it is the big sprint or a small group. Hopefully you'll get some decent action shots on Zig-Zag road as well. Goodness only knows what kind of atmosphere there will be there.
Wonder if you'll get a new five man pic for your sig!

You guys are very lucky
Yes we are, especially since next to no one here will watch it.
If you have DirectTV and the internet you can watch everything live except for guess what... the opening ceremonies in the USA. How funny is that. |

The Australian kit looks pretty bad. The shorts are horrible.

Spanish kit the most garish, I think Valverde on the startline looked down at his kit and though WTF!
Sagan was pretty close to Cavendish's wheel, looks like he will attempt to hop on behind the British train. Might be a workable tactic if he can get someone to go and get his bottles.
Should be fascinating to see how this works with no race radios as well. I am with Heine, I cannot believe that Cavendish will win again surely the amount of teams that have to attack will take it away.
Spain, Italy and France (amongst others) have next to nothing to gain for a sprint. The Australians shouldn't do any work for Goss he doesn't have the form from the tour. The only team other than GB that perhaps will chase is Germany - oh and one man band Sagan!

Can't handle the lack of knowledge from NZ commentators. They thought the nature break was a mass puncture, riders going back to team cars meant they were struggling and talking about how Greg Henderson has a chance at a medal |

I'm pretty sure Bourgain is way faster than Cavendish, even on a road bike. |

Oh well, if that break is allowed to go clear, GB and Germany have given themselves a lot of work to do later today. Should be a good race now, with nations like Australia, Belgium and others aiming to put pressure on the pure sprinters from the very start. |
