Nah, he'll make it. It is a tough stage, and for that reason the peloton won't go all out on the first climbs. The final 3 climbs are where today will be played out.

As I thought Sky will want to loose Yellow Jersey today I think. Costa is just + 02' 25'' behind in GC and that will suit Brad and Sky to do less work next weekend. Chavanel will have a chance for yellow today too.
He won't have to ride the TT in yellow - very bad skinsuit so that's small addition too
And EBH in break now I think And Astana
