Definately. 23 participants should ensure a bunch sprint, and I can't see anyone really challenge them under normal cirumstances.
Dumoulin or one of the AG2R guys maybe. Feillu and Gallopin as well, but they're completely alone.

Feillu has his brother although he is riding for a different team..
Cofidis also has Adrien Petit, maybe he can suprise and finish right before Demare in this championship..

And Brice Feillu is not exactly shaped for a sprint train anyway.
Beware of Hinault, he's won 2 races in sprints lately, he could surprise, on experience. |

Jeannie Longo didn't win the French women time trial championships. Pauline Ferrand-Prevot won it. That's a huge improvement for the podium.
