@White Jersey, here it is, it took frikkin' ageees so i hope you like it! i've made the mini to go with it 
It's sorta based on the team europcar shirt as i said i reckon it looks quite nice actually

@baggie yes they are a bit to big but you have not to change te firt set i'm happy with it so change only the newone

Do you knwo how to convert from .tga to .dds?
Or could u upload the mini as a .dds

@wiley you can use a TGA mini also you only have to delete the existing file and place te tga mini with the same name of the existing file abd dan you can use it in game
It worked for me so hopefully also for you

You need one of two programs, either one i wrote, which i may be able to send you, or alternatively NIVIDIA have made a program which does a similar job to my photoshop addon, still easiest way is for me to upload it for you, so here it is

Right, @Wiley, i haven't made the shoes, basically, because the one's that are already there, fit with most jerseys, but i have done the rest of the accessories for the team Endura-Rapha-Raleigh
Can't wait to see the team in action >:D
