1) Contador
2) A. Schleck
3) Klöden
4) Van den Broeck
5) Evans
6) Sanchez
7) F.Schleck
8) Leipheimer
9) Gesink
10) Hesjedal

Basso will fail, I've no belief in him. Wiggins might not make top ten. Not too sure about Gesink either tbh. But with so many strong names aiming for a podium/top ten, there won't be room for all, many will fail. Brajkovic is another potential top-ten, and T.Martin too, and Cunego, the latter depending on whether he goes for the overall or stages. Mollema, maybe, but I don't think so, not yet.

Radioshack will win the TTT. Only question is how much time will the ohter GC riders loose on the short course... Evans and Sanchez will loose time, surely, as will the Schlecks, but they have strong TT-riders in Cancellara, Monfort, Fuglsang and it won't necessarily be so bad for them, hard to predict how much they will loose. Contador's team might not be the strongest TT-team, even though he will have Porte and maybe Larsson(?) but he will be superior in the mountains and won't fear the individual TT.
Radioshack will also win the team-competition; with Klödi, Levi, Horner and Brajkovic, potentially only challenged by Leopard with x2 Schlecks and Fuglsang. The likes of Monfort and Gerdemann won't follow the best in the mountains and the Schlecks will use them, and Fuglsang, for all they are worth in the early parts of climbs, sitting only with the Schlecks left in the end to attack Contador.
The old-timers (solid old timers that is) at Radioshack will follow as best they can in the mountains and look to the TT and TTT to deal the damage to their opponents.
Only Wiggins and Contador can potentially stand against them in a TT, and Evans won't loose much in the TT either, he can hold his own in a race against the clock.

On stage 9, mark my words, Sylvain Chavanel will go on a breakway and take the stage. I'd put a lot of money on that if cycling betting odds weren't so terrible.

I am predicting very close GC. I dont think Contador will be in very top shape after hard GIRO, but still very competitive for podium finish. Basso will be prepared for 100%, same as S.Sanchez. There is definitely around 7 guys who are aiming podium finish, and maybe 20 guys for top 10.
Lot of flat stages have finish on a small hill so do not expect Cavendish to get many stages. On the other hand, on this stages some GC riders can gain some time (maybe Sanchez?)

top 5-contador, a.schleck, basso, sanchez, f.schleck
green jersey-farrar, maybe gilbert
polka dot-some french guy or vinokurov
