More to the point, what is Vino still doing in likeable?

He makes races fun, the stage he won in last years tour de France was the sort of racing that would get everyone partying in the streets if he was French.
I don't like him, but if he always livens up a race.

So do many other riders. Who are not quite so obviously doped up/haven't been caught/show no remorse for being caught.

To be fair on Vino, there aren't so many riders who race as offensive/crazy as him. And if you criticize him for showing no remorse for "being caught", shouldn't you criticize also Basso, who didn't recognise he doped? Actually, from that list (Kohl aside) I only remember Basso showing remorse for his "failed" attempt to dope, and Dekker, who of course only doped once.
Not defending Vino at all, the guy is a jerk, but these lists are completely subjective, and you can't really criticize someone for something like that. Also, it's not clear whether the people are classifying for personality or racing style reasons. |

My criticism is also completely subjective. So I can criticise someone for their subjective view
And I didn't criticise the others (I could) because I have a particular hatred of Vino

Because he still denies everything...in my opinion should a doper admit it...then he can always come back again |

Well, he did win during the doping era so by that reasoning he is considered doped by many people. At least that is a popular comment when referencing Armstrong. |

And that's the sole evidence against Armstrong, isn't it ?

He tested positive at the Circuit de la Sarthe in 1994. He got away with it because.....no reason in particular. Hein "Mr. Corruption" Verbruggen was UCI president and it wouldn't look good in the press if the world's biggest star was busted.
And no, he didn't have a TUE
Also, there's the sworn testimony in court of his teammate Thomas Davy that there was organized doping in the Banesto team. Not that that would surprise anyone.
The preceding post is ISSO 9001 certified

Yes, of course. And my post was nothing but a subjective comment over a subjective criticism over a subjective opinion.
Actually, the point of my post (point which wasn't directed to you, by the way, I just used your post as an example to what I was trying to say) is that sometimes people try to hide their hatred to some riders behind the fact that they take/took PEDs, while they openly cheer other dopers. Which is not bad, just hypocrite. |

Stay with it Kumazan. You appearently missed the gigantic huge article on both AD.nl and cyclingnews where Dekker admitted he doped for a long period up to 2008. |

Not exactly what I said. I don't want to ruin this discussion talking about Armstrong. Maybe I should have said "one of the reasons". That would probably make you happy. |

I only do likeable list:
Miller
Basso (when ex dopers publish theyr last test and blood values..then Basso is the one wich one I like to believe. For example Lance blood readings publishing was total fiasko)
Zabel
Riis (last two had balls to admit it before the headline news)
Pantani (this guy just was 100% cyclist and he's fans was running after him..what ever he did..they just wanted to see him riding again)
