Oh, that makes much more sense in English than in Spanish. Yeah, dubbing ftl. |

You do realize The word is "legendary", not "legen-dairy", right?
it's a pop culture reference (HIMYM)

Ah, so he was quoting a character who screws up english.....the ironing is delicious.

Isso fails at pronouncing stuff clearly.
"Legendary". No "i".
Dairy. "i".

Dubbing is mind-bendingly awful.
Have you ever seen the Simpsons in German? I'm amazed anyone watches it, since you could just put the audio track of Rush Hour 3 over an episode and what the characters are saying would have just as much to do with the original.

Early February is the usual placement for Langkawi. And it is usually a 9-10 stage tour. Nothing unusual here really.

I think Tour de Langkawi has been held during the first week of March in the past years. |

More importantly:
Coppi will be celebrated in the 2012 Giro with a stage finish at....Alpe d'Huez
Also, the 2011 Giro's only flat ITT will be 32.8kms long (we know the stage lengths now)
Finally, as I see a few people here saying "ZOMG Zoncolan!", I want to point out that it will be immediately preceded by the never before used Monte Crostis....which is longer and steeper...

Only this past year. The latest it usually starts is mid-Feb. |

No that was only this year. From 1999-2007 it started in late January or early February, 2008-2009 it started in mid February (9th). And this year early March. So it's just moved back to it's original placement.

Sure about that? Climbbybike lists Crostis as 9% and Zoncolan as 11.5%. They might be wrong though.

It will be fascinating to see how the Alpe is climbed Giro-style, as opposed to Tour-style, aggressive racing wise.

Thanks. Short Individual mountain time trial. Long mountain stages. Very little flat individual time trials. It looks like a very nice route. |

Interesting. Not the numbers I saw (not there)
But who cares, right? They're back to back and that's what matters

I was hoping the final TT was quite a bit longer, but oh well. If it was the Tour or Vuelta, that would be a problem.
But it's the Giro, so the racing won't disappoint.

I think the questions left here are:
1. What are the tricky hilly stages?
2. What are stages 18 and 19 like? They can be anything. Flat, mountain, anything in between...

only 41km of TT
should be two TTs and a 23km TTT - that's a joke distance
a TTT should be about 40+km, just to make it interesting... all the major contenders are on good TTing teams anyways |
