Ginanni is one of the only sprinters on the team, so creating a team train wouldn't do him much good.

Here's what I do in the last 15km:

First, I make sure Ginanni is in the front of the peloton and protected. With 7-8km I pause the game and analyze were the main sprinter's and fast men are. I usually don't try to take Petacchi or Bennati's wheel, as they are just too fast and Ginanni won't beat them normally. Often, there are various riders relaying at the front to keep the pace up. And since everyone sprints in PCM10, I often try to take one of their wheels. With 7km remaining, the 4th or 5th guy will be in the front when the sprint starts.

Also, Ginanni has the advantage of having a 76 hill rating, keeping him very fresh compared to many of the other sprinters.
