Interesting quote from the cyclingnews live feed
15:04 CEST (103km remaining from 179km)
Andreas Kloden is hovering towards the back of the bunch. Poor German has had a horrible Tour so far when it comes to accommodation. He's had to endure bunk beds and rooms with no air-con.
Anyone know why? Poor, poor Klödi indeed. He posted a picture of that bed on his twitter account. Then the hostel manager had to publich a denial, saying Klöden has those two bunk beds in his room, but also had a wide bed he slept in. He didn't sleep in such beds. He's just telling bullshit there.
As for air conditioning, that may be true. We've had a heat wave in the country lately. Being a specialist of the matter : there are some parts of France where you're not allowed to have air cooling in your buildings, because it's not hot enough outside in the summer, you've to conceive it so that it won't overheat instead. Now that applies to new buildings and not necessarily to the area crossed by TDF either.
Anyway, I thought it were the team staff that reserved their hotels, not ASO, so he should maybe blame the right persons for that ? |

I'm suprised actually. Hushovd's still there.
Well, they're going very slowly.

Actually, it could be for the teams classification. At the start of the day, Caisse led Radioshack by 31 seconds, and Saxo Bank by 35 seconds.
Both Caisse and Radioshack have a rider in the break - and as we saw, Popovych was quick to follow Moreau

They are going VERY slowly, the slowest anticipated average speed by ASO was 38 km/h and they should be finishing at 17.43 local time (about right now) and they still have something like 25 km left. |

Massive thunderstorm in the North West England, keep losing Eurosport. Not fair, Vasili will win I think. Just a little question is it safe to ride in lightening.

Great burst of speed by Kiryienka, but not enough. A win for Serge the portugalian. (You must call him that from now on)
