Cervelo is interested in Boonen. It seems they don't have enough sprinters or classic riders. Yeah right.

Tour du Haut Var stage 1
It will most probably end in a sprint but weaker riders might find it difficult.
Dean will try to go for a win.
C.Meyer was in the break and took the KoM jersey.
Bobridge and Dean had a terrific feeling but unfortunatelly Dean had trouble following Wilson and started the sprint from way back.
Dean came powerfully but had too much to cover.
The sprint had some non-sprinters mixed in with Sella as 3rd while Duque followed up on his teams good performance.

Tour du Haut Var stage 2
A little harder stage than yesterday that probably provides more opportunities for a split.
Voeckler went for it alone on the biggest climb and held of the pursuit.
Meanwhile Lowe had a bad day and Dean is just not strong enough. Luckily he recovered for the finish.

That are some things that the makers of PCM have to work on, a more realistic transfer system. In my career Astana bought Evans while they already had Contador, Kloden, Armstrong, Leipheimer etc...
They have to make something that some riders don't fit in eachothers team. Like Evans doesn't fit with Contador neither Armstrong. So would never join their teams...
I closely follow your story! Keep up the good work...

Lampre is interested in Sastre. Looks like they finally found out Cunego is not a GT man.

Our scouted riders
Phillimon Inge is a little old but if he is strong enough we will take him.
Rudy Dailly could be our next superstar.

Omloop Het Neuwsblad
This race will be our first cobbled classic. My first test of leadership in this kind of difficult race type.
This roster will be all for Maaskant and van Summeren.
Gilbert went for it a long way out, over 60km to go and held his lead.
Hushovd, Maaskant, Van Summeren and Hammond made a heavy pace on the last cobbled section, non could follow.
Hammond soon lost contact and Hushovd probably felt threathened and attacked with about 10km to go. Our riders had nothing.
I feel it was a fairly decent result but the strenght of the winners is a little concerning.

Kuurne-Bruxelles-Kuurne
With 100km to go De Waele and Van Hecke fell
Both teams sent riders back and got them to the peleton.
40 to go. De Waele and Leukemas got away with teammates.
Talk about bad luck. De Waele has a flat and lloses contact with the break.
Maaskant and Van Summeren try to get across.
They reach it
Van Summeren tries to get away
It didn't go well. He was caught but he gave a perfect launch platform for Gardeyn.
Maaskant takes the best of the rest but Van Summeren is too tired.
We cannot be happy with the results. The competition was weak but we couldn't capitalize on it. My discomfort for this kind of race hampered our teams progress andd I had to apologize to our guys after the race.

GP di Lugano
Hilly classic. Lowe and possibly Bobridge will go for a win but we would be happy with a top6.
The rain was heavy and there were a lot of falls, major fovourites managed to avoid them.
With 70 to go, Voigt had a puncture. He never made it back.
Our 2 leader attacked on the penultimate climb along with Valjevec, Lövkvist and C.A. Sorensen.
On the last climb we were joined by Cunego, Gilbert and a few others. Cunego looked strond but the descent started before he managed to pull away. Lucky.
But he was beaten in the sprint by spaniard Navarro, he must curse that the climb ended so quickly.
Our riders were in a good position but we never had half a chance.
3rd and 4th is a good result considering the field. Both guys did very well.

It is a new month and we have an award. We are a bit dissapointed that Farrar was edged out on the rider of the month award but C.Meyers win was good news.
As there has been only one Pro Tour event, it decided everything. Freire leads and Hunter is in a nice 3rd spot.
The team standing majorly reflects the individual one.
Continental tour is lead by Dumolin who has had a great form.
But despite some strong support from Duque, Dumolin couldn't lead his team to 1at place. That was taken by Vacansoleil who has many strong classic riders.
Unfortunatelly Hunter hasn't enjoyed much luck after Down Under and is 6th in CQ.
As a team we have had a lot of top 10 finishes and lead the CQ. I must say its a big surprise and we are enjoying every minute of it.
Farrar has the most wins thanx to a great Tour of Qatar.
As team weare quite surprisingly edged out by BBox and Caisse. They must have had races outside our calendar.

A classic again and Maaskant, Van Summeren to hunt for a win.
In the last 10km of the race a fall took place. Most notably Vinokurov, Sprick and Clement went down.
Our riders and some others countered a move from Landbouwkredit.
And they had enough energy to attack again, both looked strong, too bad one has to lose.
Maaskant takes a win, a very nice season for the youngster so far.
Some more riders managed to bridge the gap to the break and Wilson managed to finish in front of the passive bunch.

Vuelta a la Region de Murcia stage 1
This race will most probably be decided in a tt with some adjustments in the mountains. We decided not to send any sprinters. VandeVelde and Zabriske will start their season in this race.
Allthough they lack fittness, we hope for a top3.
The first stage was quite windy and Caisse stirred up some action as they pulled away. They managed about 30km in front.
There was another break containing continental leader Dumaoli and Duque, it looked quite good.
They were all pulled back for a Omega 1-2 in a messy sprint. Impossibly strong Dumolin still managed to take 3rd.

Driedaagse van West-Vlaanderen stage 1
Maaskant and Van Summeren continue their spring preparation.
We missed the right move and had to do some catching up, it doesn't seem as we can make it.
Van Summeren goes all out from a long way out to maybe catch some guys for Maaskant to overtake.
He does a wonderful job and Maaskant manages to overtake all but Traksel.
