His tiny legs do a pretty good job climbing mountains and riding TT's if you ask me so why not staying away to the finish
Because doing such attacks can't really compare with climbing. So according to your logic, since Cancellara's big, heavy legs does a good job staying away to the finish and riding TT's, he will be able to climb with the best? |

No it's not, hence the reason riders like Gilbert aren't great time trialists. You need a lot of strenght in your legs to be able to ride say a km on your own faster than the sprint trains behind you. It's also a big plus to be a heavy rider, since the wind will affect you less then. Last time I checked, Contador wasn't a heavy rider, and he didn't have massive legs like Cancellara. |

True but TT is against the wind also

What is your point? Contador didn't even win either time trial in the Dauphine. The race finished on the 14th June, nearly three weeks before the Tour started - and Cancellara was at Tour de Suisse which actually ran until the 21st June. Both equally tired to me, if that is what you are trying to say.
Oh, and don't say Cancellara was on drugs because they both were.

I admit. I do not have certain proof. But we have this little thing called "tradition" that dictates that any spanish professional athlete is twice as likely to cheat than anyone else.
Oh and Operation Puerto.

Oh and Operation Puerto. Contadors clean theres no proof and until there is solid proof and the UCI suspend him i won't think other wise and where's the proof he was involved in operation puerto
