I can see 2 possibilites:
1. They changed their mind about the design
2. The design you posted is for Ovechkin
The preceding post is ISSO 9001 certified

It's the design they all wore last year before the Tour, basically. With the kremlin rooftops-style colour divider

Yeh. The Italian federation didnt like Pozzato wearing one in that style, which led to Pozzato wearing at least 3 different designs of the Italian jersey in the Tour.
I guess they initially thought to do the Russian more basic, so the Katusha National jerseys were the same, before changing their mind again for the Russian jersey. It wouldnt surprise me if Ivanov uses both styles during the season
