I'd go with Option B. Game time in a big team like Feyenoord isn't easy to get. I'd say he keeps working and if he doesn't get it he may ask to be loaned out when January comes.

Following a dominant showing at the OVO Energy Tour of Britain, I had put the SEG Racing Academy back into the conversation for promotion to the Pro Tour.
We now had enough points to realistically plead our case. But, after a lackluster showing from our squad at the Vuelta a Espana, the UCI World Tour officials were rightfully on the fence about granting us promotion.
Up to this point, the SEG Racing Academy had struggling to make any splash in free agency. They managed to re-sign key riders like Alex Vogel, Lucy van der Haar and myself, but couldn't convince any of the big names to join us.
That changed after I won the Tour of Britain. With relegation looming on their current Pro Tour team, two of the biggest names in British cycling decided to take a leap of faith and sign with the SEG Racing Academy.
The signatures of 30-year-old twin brothers Adam and Simon Yates caught everybody's attention in the cycling world. Simon is the reigning 2022 Tour de France winner and Adam is the former 2020 Giro d'Italia winner.
Surely the UCI won't deny our application to the Pro Tour now.
Race Day #48 at Tacx Pro Classic The final race of the season, crazy how fast time flies.
Spoiler
Summary: Timo Roosen attacks with 5kms left, he is going to bring Marcus Diamond with him. Not the guy he wanted to see on his wheel.
Diamond quickly overtakes, but has company coming to the banner.
Zipping past is Yauheni Karaliok and Belgian champion Edward Theuns.
It will be a win for Karaliok, who wasn't fazed by the cobbles today.
Result: 10th - Was never going to beat somebody like Karaliok or Theuns in a sprint, so I decided to press my luck with what seemed like a good move at the time. A top 10 to end the season will do.

for the promotion, so happy to see the project going up as I hoped it would, just love it Such a cool little team. Cool signings, the Yates bros will give the team some much-needed WT firepower (and Marcus, Lucy and Grace some compatriots on the British side of the team ).

Congrats for a great season individually and with the team, with the promotion being just the icing on the cake
So I guess we'll finally see Marcus' GT debut next year, and of course he's going to rock the classics with his fighting spirit - really looking forward!
And the new signings are of course a great addition - one day they'll be quite important domestiques for Marcus

Wow, a pair of big names definitely helps the side out, hopefully there is enough left in the budget to make sure everyone has enough support to go along with the star power.
I'm guessing the Yates brothers and Lucy might end up being the 3 leaders, so might need some extra depth behind them and to support Marcus on the cobbles.
But that is a seriously cool way to reinvest the wage freed up from Lizzie's retirement.
Can't wait to see how the full squad looks for next year or what his schedule will be.

Things haven't exactly been going my way on the football pitch recently. Breaking into the Feyenoord side as a regular starter has proven to be a challenge. Making a breakthrough has to start on the training ground. I've put in a lot of extra work these last few weeks. Hopefully, it hasn't gone unnoticed.
No time for birthday cake this month, it's time to get to work!
Champions League at Borussia Dortmund GS#4: A trip to the world-renowned Signal Iduna Park.
Spoiler Feyenoord 0, Borussia Dortmund 0
Summary: Feyenoord more than holds its own in a difficult environment. The rain was a key equalizer and prevented either team from scoring.
Rating: 6.6 - Subbed on in the 67th minute. Not much impact.
Player of Game: Reece Oxford, Borussia Dortmund (7.3)
Match Day #12 vs. PEC Zwolle (4-6-2) "Diamond, you're starting. Don't disappoint."
Spoiler Feyenoord 2, PEC Zwolle 0
Summary: Misleading scoreline. Feyenoord should have won this 4-0 or 5-0. Two saved penalties and a couple of crossbars went begging.
Rating: 7.6 - Assisted the first goal by Yassin Ayoub with a pinpoint pass inside the box. I also smacked the crossbar from about 25 yards out. It was an absolute screamer.
Player of Game: Mickey van der Hart, PEC Zwolle (7.6)
African Nations Qualifier vs. Comoros GS#5: We already qualified, so looking to stay perfect in the group.
Spoiler Nigeria 2, Comoros 1
Summary: It wasn't pretty, but Nigeria gets the job done. First-half goals from Alex Iwobi and Moses Simon were enough. Comoros scored its only shot on target in the 80th minute.
Rating: 6.7 - Got some playing time as a roaming playmaker striker and picked up another assist on Iwobi's goal.
Player of Game: Alex Iwobi, Nigeria (8.6)
African Nations Qualifier vs. Burundi GS#6: One of those games you look forward to so you can pad stats.
Spoiler Nigeria 2, Burundi 1
Summary: Nigeria takes this contest way too lightly. But they do manage to overcome giving up the opening goal on Burundi's only shot on target in the whole game.
Rating: 6.7 - Coach wasn't too happy after the match.
Player of Game: Alex Iwobi, Nigeria (7.6)
Match Day #13 at FC Groningen (4-1-8) Oh, another start. Things are starting to turn around.
Spoiler Feyenoord 1, FC Groningen 1
Summary: Dylan Klok comes off the bench and saves Feyenoord from losing its first league game of the season. His 10th goal of the season.
Rating: 6.6 - A bystander and subbed off in the 62nd minute.
Player of Game: Queensy Menig, FC Groningen (7.5)
Champions League at Manchester City GS#5: "Make a difference Diamond. We need you right now."
Spoiler Manchester City 2, Feyenoord 1
Summary: In a game Feyenoord had to win to keep its Champions League hopes alive, Harry Kane provided the dagger.
Sven van Beek gave Feyenoord some life by tying the game at 1-1 in the 81st minute at the Etihad Stadium. But a poor challenge put Kane on the spot and he buried the game-winning penalty to the delight of the light blue home supporters.
Rating: 6.3 - Subbed on after Pedro Empis was injured in the 48th minute. The pressure got to me, no other way to put it. I strangely didn't feel like myself. I have to be better.
Player of Game: Harry Kane, Manchester City (8.6)
Match Day #14 vs. FC Twente (6-6-2) I'm getting more playing time with Rodolfo Pizarro out injured.
Spoiler Feyenoord 4, FC Twente 2
Summary: Feyenoord finds its scoring boots again. Four different goal scorers with some classy goals mixed in. However, the defense continues to be a problem. Two goals to Jari Oosterwijk late into the contest.
Rating: 6.7 - Subbed on in the 62nd minute. Ran around, that's about it.
Player of Game: Jari Oosterwijk, FC Twente (8.7)
Match Day #15 at PSV (8-2-4) Two of the top teams in the Netherlands going at each other.
Spoiler PSV 2, Feyenoord 0
Summary: Feyenoord gets absolutely embarrassed away from home. Outplayed and outworked. Thomas Meunier even put the ball into his own net with a careless back pass. Ugly. First Eredivisie loss of the season for Feyenoord.
Rating: 6.4 - Started, but probably shouldn't have.
Player of Game: Percy Tau, PSV (8.4)

This year just flew by. Winning the Tour of Britain was definitely the major highlight and it helped the team gain promotion into the Pro Tour for next season. While I'm excited for what is ahead, it's always nice to reflect on the past.

The holiday season always lifts the excitement. Receiving gifts as a kid was the best, but now as an adult you get more enjoyment by getting your loved ones the perfect gift. I found myself in an awkward situation after my diamond earrings for Grace didn't exactly go to plan a few months ago. I didn't know what to do.
I spent the entire month pondering what would be that perfect gift.
Match Day #16 vs. FC Volendam (3-10-3) FC Volendam fighting to avoid relegation.
Spoiler Feyenoord 0, FC Volendam 0
Summary: FC Volendam goes down to 10 men in the 26th minute and still manages to escape with a 0-0 draw. This will certainly feel like a loss for Feyenoord. The home supporters were eagerly waiting for a bunch of goal and instead got a boring scoreless game in the rain.
Rating: 6.4 - Came on at halftime and didn't make a difference.
Player of Game: Tyrell Malacia, Feyenoord (7.2)
Champions League vs. AS Monaco GS#6: Nothing to play for, well except for pride.
Spoiler Feyenoord 2, AS Monaco 1
Summary: If only this Champions League meant something because Feyenoord pulls off one of the most incredible comebacks in recent memory. Two goals coming in the 93rd and 94th minute stun AS Monaco, who is moving on to the next round regardless.
Rating: 7.8 - Sub super to the rescue! I crossed in the assist for Emilian Brie's game-tying goal and then did this from an impossible angle to send our home faithful into an absolute frenzy. They deserve it after what happened three days ago.
Oh, and not to mention, I was playing on a twisted ankle.
Player of Game: Marcus Diamond, Feyenoord (7.8)
The ankle swelling kept me out of Match Day #17 vs. ADO Den Haag. Feyenoord drew 2-2 after an 80th minute equalizer by Nick Foss.
KNVB Beker Cup vs. Excelsior Third Round: Rested up and returning to the starting lineup once again.
Spoiler Feyenoord 5, Excelsior 3
Summary: Hat trick from Nick Foss helps Feyenoord build up a 4-0 lead. Excelsior doesn't go down quietly and scores three times to make the scoreline more respectable at 5-3.
Rating: 6.7 - Just want to point out that Excelsior didn't start scoring until I was subbed off the pitch in the 56th minute. Coincidence?
Player of Game: Nick Foss, Feyenoord (9.4)
Match Day #18 at Go Ahead Eagles (2-9-7) Another team looking to avoid relegation.
Spoiler Feyenoord 2, Go Ahead Eagles 1
Summary: Go Ahead Eagles caught Feyenoord napping early on, but the tides quickly shifted. Nick Foss and Otavio each scored in a game Feyenoord pretty much controlled. Finishing more chances would be ideal, however.
Rating: N/A - Subbed on in the 87th minute. Maybe touched the ball five times and ran less than a quarter of a mile. Fun.
Player of Game: Octavio, Feyenoord (7.8)
Match Day #19 vs. Roda JC (2-7-9) The easy schedule continues against another struggling opponent.
Spoiler Feyenoord 5, Roda JC 1
Summary: A week after notching a hat trick against Excelsior, Nick Foss has riffled in three more goals against Roda JC. The striker wanted by Napoli and Valencia has now equaled Dylan Klok for the team lead in Eredivisie goals with 10.
Rating: 6.7 - Made a couple of key passes.
Player of Game: Nick Foss, Feyenoord (9.7)

The Perfect Gift?: Christmas is now four days away and Marcus Diamond still doesn't have a gift for his girlfriend Grace Garner. Time for some last minute shopping. What should Marcus get Grace?

Get her some specially designed Caitlin Fiedler cycling shoes (originally showed off by her boyfriend George Bennett but now quite a few cyclists, they're awesome ) for next season using some cool designs/colours (either just a cool design or maybe even inspired by the area she grew up). Think it would be a cool practical and personal gift
