Transfer-system was great and refreshing. It had a certain kind of unpredictability and surprise to it, which was, in my opinion, mistaken for simple luck. It wasn't luck. In fact, it was the closest we get to reality in such a system, because real teams don't know the offers of their competitiors either. When I tell a rider I offer him that and that, I don't know of the other offers he has received and how much they are willing to pay him. No, instead I have to way options what is acceptable, what he is worth to him et cetera. And if you pay too much, that's on you since IRL you also can't just "release" a rider without consequences/paying a fee. Basically, it's a question of who is willing to spend how much without knowing the competition.
Plus it was perfectly organized (thank you once more for that). I prefered to sent it all in one PM and get it all "out of the system", rather than keep myself in small-time bidding wars over several days and weeks.
The only thing I'd nitpick is that the transfer market is already open. I'd preferred it if we had to keep our teams for a full season and after that, had the opportunity to sign riders form other teams.

In the planner as a CT team you can choose any CT or WT race. I think Omloop and quite a few cobbled/puncheurs races available.

Mmm. Are you in your Development Team planner? Because DT teams can only race CT + The U23 races.

I think it is fair to say some people didn't get the memo that when you sign someone from another team you have to pay BOTH WAGE & TRANSFER FEE! Danielson going for 900!

Can't find the post with the planner in it. Which thread is it in?
Also, I think Michael Matthews deserves a SERIOUS stat upgrade. 74 sprint? That's embarrasing. Also think he could use a small hill boost.

Well, there are a few mistakes in the stats, but most is right, and we already entered a fantasy world anyway with this game .
Thinking it's too late for stat adjustments now.
F.e, who the heck is 75MO Portuguese Pimenta? Is that you, BikeX? (Remember that I thought you were Portuguese? )

@LLS Well, BikeX is German.
Also...
Danielson goes for 600(!), but Kreder(younger and probably capable of more points) hasn't recieved a single bid

There is none yet you still got some time.

That was actually the initial idea behind the system, but it's ome time ago I made the system so I forgot that when justifying it.

I added the transfer rounds to make it possible for teams that haven't found a leader to still get one. If you don't look at the prices that are paid that actually works quite nice.

Race Selection sheets are in this thread. Just look some pages back. I'll also link it later in the first post.
Yeah sorry about some stats I also already found some riders that would need stat updates, but it was after the deadline. You could have checked Matthews before, sorry about that.

José Pimenta is José Mendes. Pimenta is one of his names. https://www.cqranking.com/men/asp/gen/...derid=5807
When I made the db I thought Pimenta would be his last name. I already realised the mistake before but forgot to fix it.
I am not Portuguese and I wouldn't deserve 75 MO |

I expected that that would come next. Back when I made the stats I felt he'd deserve that. |

I think I read there's a 48 hour limit to offer up riders, so I think the time is up soon. Can we maybe extend that by another 24 hours? Dippofix needs to be more online.
