Thanks guys to all of you, it really helps me writing the reports!
Critérium du Dauphiné Stage 6
The riders will climb the Grand Colombier at the middle of the 148 kilometer long stage, there is a 65 kilometer downhill/flat section after it, I don't think that this will create too many gaps, but it might be ideal for a breakaway.
Today's breakaway was a quite big one, with some high-profile riders like Moinard, Barredo or Nicki Sorensen. The peloton took it easy and on the Colombier the gap rised above seven minutes.
Meanwhile back in the peloton, at the middle of the climb, one of the favourites, Jakab decided to attack, and just powered away from the peloton with a frightening pace, catching up to the break on the downhill from the Colombier. Strangely, the peloton didn't up the pace too much, nobody wanted to help Sky, and they only had 4 guys left to work.
The breakaway riders didn't really want to co-operate with Jakab, but that didn't prove to problem, as the hungarian pulled the group alone, and turning into the last kilometers the escapees still had a lead of around 4 minutes.
The sprint was a pretty strange one, as everybody was a bit tired of the high pace, but it seemed like that Nicki Sorensen is going to win, although he was fading. Moinard tried on the right along with Jakab, but...
.... out of nowhere, Vacansoleil's Novikov comes, and wins the race ahead of Jakab! Great sprint by the young russian! The main question is now that: Can Jakab take over the yellow?
First a little late attacker group comes with Quintana, Rodriguez and F.Schleck at 3'18, and just then comes the main pack with EBH and Sutton. They cross the line at 4'03, which means the Jakab takes over the yellow after his powerful attack, 70km before the finish!

Thanks guys for all this fantastic support you give! They're motivating me, and help to run the story.
Other news are that, there won't be any updates before Friday here, school will become hard in the next few days... Anyway, from Friday I'll try to get some reports out throughout the weekend, and we're going to reach the TDF too.
@welwyn - Slow pace by the peloton, so I thought why not!
@sutty - Well, Gary is still greatly placed, he'll try to be at his best on the Joux-Plane. |

Thanks to both of you!
The Giro D'Italia wiiner is back in action! Kristjan didn't wait too much after the Giro, to get back, and here in Switzerland, he'll start the shape-building for the TDF. Our top sprinter, A. Piasecki is also here with his brother, who has some leadouts with him.
Startlist:
GC

** Gilbert, Cancellara, Sagan
* Froome, Evans, Vanendert
Sprints

@Ian Butler, fcancellara, baggieboys, sutty - Thanks guys, I hope to fulfill the expectations!
Not a classic prologue, 6kms long, but there is a steep uphill, and a DH section too. It gives some more opportunity to the puncheurs, above the powerhouses.
One of the best TTers of the world, Tony Martin was out quite early, and he struggled the lot on the steep sections, but still got the lead, with a time of 12'04.
Chris Froome was the first one to come close to the WCITT's time, but he was a bit off on the downhill, and finished 2 seconds behind. Not a bad ride for him.
The slovakian wonderkid was one of the pre-stage favourites, but he didn't feel the rhytm throughout the course, and finished way down on Martin. +21s
After Sagan, the Giro-winner Puskaric came, who sat the best time so far, beating Martin with 10 seconds! Amazing riding by him, the GT-win must've given him wings!
Spartacus was the last man out there, that could realistically beat Puskaric. Well, he wasn't even close really, finishing 24 seconds down, so that means that Puskaric takes the yellow and the stage!
