I don't even think it was just a little attack, but that he didn't have more.
Was quite entertaining imo, reduced bunch sprints are always nice to watch for me.

Just for the headline was it a pity that Bilbao didn't win.

Was quite entertaining imo, reduced bunch sprints are always nice to watch for me. I thought the bunch would be smaller. And this was the only stage with a downhill finish in Vuelta. Tomorrow was a very-well designed stage with a downhill finish firstly but they modified the stage and made it a sprint finish.
EDIT:And maybe Contador had nothing left, wouldn't surprise me after the previous stages. |

Sweet, I haven't seen Keukeleire try a sprint in ages. Of course with Orica he gets a different role, but it's nice to see he still has it
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Seriously man Quintana has always been BEST in the 3-rd week. Look Vuelta 2012, 2015. Giro 2014, Tour 2013, 2015. Last year he lost 1,36 to TOP form Tom D. That same Tom D. beat IN-form Froome with a minute in the Tour, so I guess you will be surprised that Q. wont be "destroyed" in the TT and will lose around 1 minute. And he always lose to Froome
Actually no. Look at Tour de Romandie and Volta a Catalunya.. In a GT Q. is yet to win over Froome but this Vuelta could very well be the first time.
I've said from the start that it'll come down to the Time Trial. Based on the time trials at the Tour, Quintana needs to be around 2 mins ahead to hold off Froome. At least that's my prediction based on a very complicated calculation formula of plucking time gaps out of the air
It is much more flat and Quintana self say 3 minutes. Quintana never come near it, Froome comes closer and closer and has maybe already jersey before time trial

I don't know. I am not really a Nairo fan (he somehow to me lacks heart..and I don't like this) but.. he is much better TT rider than he showed in le Tour + All other GTs

And still lose to this unknown, crap rider...what his name was... Contador or something ?
Froome was never in top shape in 2014, because of illness, crashes and injuries whole year, Nibali was the best in 2014. But otherwise is Froome world's best since 2011 |

A very good stage turned into shit when they first changed the route and then a break consisting of relative no-names is fighting it out with 20 minutes.
I guess everybody is waiting for tomorrow. Wise |

Great win for Conti. In his second GT of the season, after a great Giro. Still 23 years |

yep it is wise to wait tomorrow. This tour has to much Valverde type stages anyway.
Sprinters and their teams would have made this stage more interesting.
This is like guide for MTB stage designer..you need to have some flat rest part's between rock gardens and climbs. To fresh up riders for moment..to be sharp again at next climb and rock garden. |

According to Arenberg, Contador will get gapped at least 30 min to Froome next mountain stage.

According to Marca.com, this has actually been the biggest difference ever between a group of escapees and the peloton in La Vuelta.
Dafuq. It's good for the peloton to take it easy from time to time, but man. That was laaaayzaaaay. |

I don't have any problem with the peloton taking it easy one day; if you are gonna do it, do it properly. Doesnt matter to me if the break won with 10 or 30 minutes at all. As long as it means we get to see a blast today - and we should! |
