Started a career with Team Nutrixxon-Abus (fully German team) some time ago and continued it now. (PCM daily Real name DB). Best riders are Alexander Gottfried (HI 72, SP 70), Dirk Müller (FL, 70, HI 71) and Grischa Janorschke (SP 70). Actually, I archieved better results than I hoped for, e.g. a 2nd place in Bayern-Rundfahrt + stage win (Gottfried), win in Kattekoers (Janorschke), a stage win in Volta ao Altentejo (Müller) and quite a lot mountain jerseys. Now, in middle of July, I´m 45th in CQ-Ranking, which is 26th of Continental teams, "only"240 points away promotion, so there´s actually no chance this year. But next year, it should be possible with the signings I made: I wanted to keep the team 100% German, but I couldn´t resist the two best U23 riders . The other new riders will be Fabian Schnadit (22, SP 72), Stefan Schäfer (27, FL 69, TT 70) and - as absolute leader - Julian Kern (23, HI 74, SP 68). Quite happy with that, as I think I kept the team at least quite realistic, but made it a bit better and younger at the same time |

Yeah, some realistic signings there!
Meanwhile, I found a bit of time to play with my LKT career. (Season 2)
Tour de San Luis was a success. I got 8th in the GC with Möhrle(73MO, 72HI, 71TT). Possoni was an amazing helper(72MO), he didn't blow himself up when protecting, and Möhrle was alone only the last few kms, normally.
The field was really strong, with Nibali winning. My rider finished between Talansky & Pirazzi, so that's definitely something.
Also, Tour d'Mediterranéén was a bit too hard for the team. Möhrle lead here, again, and got 17th here, the line-up was really way too strong for him.
The team will do a few races and then move up to the first big season goal, Le Tour de Langkawi. With Möhrle leading again, and Possoni as backup, I'm aiming for a Top 5, since it'd give loads of ranking points, and we aim for promotion

Why the hell there are no World Tour teams in smaller races from April onwards? |

Only Cyanide can fix it right? |

What you can do is install Patch 1.0.2.0 right before you start the career (and everytime you enter a new season) and then change back to 1.0.3.0. I experienced problems with the downloaded DB afterwards though, so you might have to reinstall that as well. Otherwise, there's nothing to do except to wait for Cyanide to fix it.

That's the problem with bugs, you cannot fix it yourself.
But the race participation is in DYN_team_race, so you can look there if you can edit it but obviously it could result in much work. |

What you've got to do is rename your PCM folder in Program files to something else, and then the patch will get installed to a folder which does not contain your game at all. Then just copy over all of the files that aren't in a folder basically (because that just overwrites stuff you already have, or have overwritter with custom databases)

@superider2010
In this case, I don't really think it's odd. Van Staeyen is a young, talented sprinter and should surely be able to do this

Nah, they allready were fifth or so in Kuurne a couple of years ago with Jonas Vangenechten, who was at the time a very unknown rider...
What is more strange is the fact that Michael Van Staeyen is riding for the team, since irl they exclusivily recrute french speaking riders from Wallonie or Brussels (hence the name... )

During a single stage or race all hills and mountains are treated the same. Each race/stage has a ratio in the DB that determines what skill (MO/HIL) to use for that race.
It can be 100% hill, 100% mountain, or a mix between the two. |

Yeah, that's my doing, am playing with them and want to make a belgium only squad instead of french spekking only.
This season i'm supposed to look for new sponsor so i'll try and fix that.
I also attracted Van Keirsbulck and cant complain about him either, since he brought GC win from driegdaagse van west vlaanderen home.
I'm just a bit surprised by the generating of the young riders.
I had checked some potentials in dB and they where not so promissing "cobble limit 71" , but when i checked a year later suddenly his cobble limit ingeransed to 80 and his tt limit went to 79.
Any of u Guys experienced something like that??

Soo, I just started a Radenska career, which looks like a fun team. Though then I realised a new patch is coming soon(Cyanide said that they are working on it now ), so I'll wait a bit first.

So I was just thinking of starting a career with Cannondale, making a careful planning. Then the game just decides to crash as soon as I finish the planning, and ofcourse it didn't save it.
Why never a stable game
And no it's no the PC because it runs circles around Far Cry 3 so why the fuck would the management GUI of PCM cause a crash? |

@Ruben Which DB do you play with? Because it happened to me as well once, and that was when I went to the third page of the calendar, and on that page there was a race with (random date) 26-06-....
(There was no FkID_laststage assigned to that race)
@Lizarazu3 I'm hoping for a few days, there weren't a lot of bugs they still had to fix on that list. (Look at the weekly news on the home page)

Yes, there's the Solidarnosc bug.
But haven't you installed the v2.0 then?
That's a update of a few days ago, and fixes that bug as well...
(Update can be found in the first post of the FCD topic)
